Claims (10)
- 인동을 절단하는 단계와;상기 절단된 인동에 물을 배합하여 열탕 추출하는 단계와;상기 열탕 추출에 의하여 얻어진 현탁액을 원심분리하여 얻어진 상층액을 회수하고, 상기 회수된 상층액을 아세톤으로 처리한 뒤 원심분리하여 침전물을 얻는 단계와;상기 얻어진 침전물을 투석하여 추출물을 회수하고, 상기 회수된 추출물을 원심분리하여 상층액을 회수한 뒤, 회수된 상층액을 여과하는 단계를 포함하는 자외선에 의한 세포 변이를 억제할 수 있는 인동 분획물을 추출하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 여과 단계에 의하여 얻어진 인동 분획물을 건조시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 자외선에 의한 세포 변이를 억제할 수 있는 인동 분획물을 추출하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 여과 단계에 의하여 얻어진 인동 분획물을 감압, 농축한 상태에서 동결 건조시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 자외선에 의한 세포 변이를 억제할 수 있는 인동 분획물을 추출하는 방법.
- 절단된 인동을 물로 열탕 처리하여 얻어진 현탁액을 원심분리하고, 원심분리에 의하여 얻어진 상층액을 아세톤으로 처리한 뒤, 원심분리하여 얻어진 침전물을 투석하여 추출물을 회수하고, 상기 회수된 추출물을 원심분리하여 상층액을 회수한 뒤, 회수된 상층액을 여과하여 얻어지는 자외선에 의한 세포 변이를 억제할 수 있는 인동 추출물.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 인동 추출물은 자외선에 의한 세포계획사를 억제하는 효과를 갖는 인동 추출물.
- 제 5항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재되어 있는 인동 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 자외선에 의한 접촉성 과민 반응 억제를 방지할 수 있는 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 인동 추출물은 전체 조성물 총량을 기준으로 0.05 ~ 1.0 중량%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 인동 추출물은 전체 조성물 총량을 기준으로 1 ~ 1000㎍/㎖의 농도로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 크림, 로션, 겔, 파우더, 졸, 고형체, 나노스피어 또는 마이크로스피어 형태의 중합체의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
