Claims (27)
- 첫번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물을 제공하는 단계;다수의 흡수성 친수성 섬유를 포함하는 미리-형성된 섬유성 웹을 제공하는 단계;상기 섬유성 웹에 상기 첫번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물을 비-접촉 인쇄 공정을 이용하여 첨가하는 단계; 및상기 첫번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물을 상기 섬유성 웹 상에서 또는 그 안에서 화학적으로 반응시켜, 10 내지 1000 미크론의 직경을 가지며 50 내지 4000 미크론의 간격으로 떨어져서 섬유의 표면에 점착되는 입자를 포함하는 초흡수성 중합체 (여기서, 초흡수성 중합체는 흡수성 복합체 (composite)의 1 내지 75 중량%를 구성함)를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 흡수성 복합체 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,두번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물을 제공하는 단계;상기 섬유성 웹에 상기 두번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물을 비-접촉 공정을 이용하여 첨가하는 단계; 및상기 첫번째 및 두번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물을 상기 웹 상에서 또는 그 안에서 함께 화학적으로 반응시켜 초흡수성 중합체를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 및 두번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물이 상기 섬유성 웹에 별도로 첨가되는 것인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물이 단량체를 포함하고, 상기 두번째 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물이 중합 개시제를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 중합 개시제가 산화환원 계를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단량체가 지방족 불포화 모노카르복실산 및 그들의 염, 메타크릴산 및 그들의 염, 불포화 디카르복실산 및 그들의 염, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 화합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 단량체가 아크릴산 및 그의 염, 메타크릴산 및 그의 염, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 화합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초흡수성 중합체 전구체 조성물을, 10 내지 1000 미크론의 직경을 갖는 미세액적으로서 적용하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 미세액적이 50 내지 500 미크론의 직경을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 미세액적이 5 내지 1000 센티포아즈의 점도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 미세액적이 10 내지 500 센티포아즈의 점도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 미세액적이 20 내지 100 센티포아즈의 점도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 친수성 섬유가 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미리-형성된 섬유성 웹이 열가소성 섬유를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 출발물질 웹이 60 내지 90 중량%의 셀룰로오스 섬유 및 10 내지 40 중량%의 열가소성 섬유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 섬유가 멜트블로운 섬유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 섬유가 스펀본드 섬유를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초흡수성 중합체가 폴리(아크릴산) 및 폴리(메타크릴산)의 알칼리 금속 및 암모늄 염, 폴리(아크릴아미드), 폴리(비닐 에테르), 비닐 에테르 및 알파-올레핀과의 말레산 무수물 공중합체, 폴리(비닐 피롤리돈), 폴리(비닐 모르폴리논), 폴리(비닐 알코올) 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 중합체를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초흡수성 중합체가 흡수성 복합체의 15 내지 65 중량%를 구성하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초흡수성 중합체가 흡수성 복합체의 20 내지 50 중량%를 구성하는 것인 방법.
