Claims (6)
- 제1 기판 상에 컬러필터와 공통 전극이 형성된 상부 기판;제2 기판상에 스위칭 소자, 상기 스위칭 소자상에 형성된 유기 절연막,상기 유기 절역막의 상면에 형성된 투명 전극, 상기 투명 전극상에 형성된 화소 전극을 포함하고, 상기 공통 전극과 상기 화소 전극이 마주보도록 상기 상부 기판과 결합하는 하부 기판; 및상기 하부 기판과 상기 상부 기판과의 사이에 주입된 액정층을 포함하고,상기 유기 절연막은 스위칭 소자에 대응하는 오목부와, 볼록부를 가지며, 상기 오목부는 상기 투명전극으로부터의 반사광이 상기 스위칭 소자의 채널부에 조사되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상부 기판에 대하여 오목한 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자의 채널 길이와 상기 오목부의 지름의 비율이 약 1:2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부의 유기 절연막 두께는 상기 볼록부의 유기 절연막 두께보다 얇고, 상기 화소 전극이 형성된 영역의 유기 절연막의 두께보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 기판 상에 컬러필터와 공통 전극을 형성하여 상부 기판을 형성하는 단계;제2 기판상에 스위칭 소자를 형성하는 단계;상기 스위칭 소자를 포함하여 상기 제2 기판상에 상기 스위칭 소자와 대응하는 오목부와 볼록부를 갖는 유기 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 유기 절역막의 상면에 투명 전극을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 투명 전극상에 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막을 형성하는 단계는,상기 기판상에 유기물질로 이루어지는 박막을 도포하는 단계;상기 박막이 도포된 결과물상에 상기 볼록부에 대응하는 부분은 닫히고, 상기 오목부와 연결부는 열리는 패턴을 갖는 마스크를 위치시키는 단계;상기 마스크가 위치하는 결과물에 광을 조사하는 단계; 및상기 광이 조사된 박막을 현상하여 상기 유기 절연막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시 장치의 제조방법.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자의 채널 길이와 상기 오목부의 지름의 비율이 약 1:2 로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
