Claims (1)
- 사출성형기에서 금형의 캐비티에 이르는 합성수지의 흐름부위에 열을 가하여 수지유로를 통과하는 합성수지가 용융된 상태를 계속 유지할 수 있도록 하는 사출성형용 핫런너시스템의 매니폴드블록에 있어서,상기 매니폴드블록의 몸체(2)의 내부에 구비된 수지유로(3)의 입구와 출구부분에는 스프루측 코어설치홈(4)과 노즐측 코어설치홈(5)이 각각 형성되고,상기 스프루측 코어설치홈(4)에는 상면중앙에 수지주입구(7)가 관통형성되며 하면에 몸체(2)의 내부에 구비된 수지유로(3)와 연통되는 수지유로홈(8a)이 형성된 상부부재(8)와 상면에 상부부재(8)의 수지유로홈(8a)에 대응되는 수지유로홈(9a)이 형성된 하부부재(9)로 분할형성된 스프루측 코어(10)가 삽입설치되고,상기 노즐측 코어설치홈(5)에는 내측면에 몸체(2)의 내부에 구비된 수지유로(3)와 연통되는 수지유로홈(12)이 각각 형성되며 후단부에 플러그삽입홈(13)이 각각 형성된 좌ㆍ우측부재(14)(15)로 분할형성된 노즐측 코어(16)가 삽입설치되며,상기 스프루측 코어설치홈(4)에 삽입설치된 스프루측 코어(10)는 상부부재(8)와 하부부재(9)를 관통하여 스프루측 코어설치홈(4)의 저면에 형성된 볼트체결공(4a)에 체결되는 복수개의 코어고정볼트(11)에 의해 고정설치되고,상기 노즐측 코어설치홈(5)에 삽입설치된 노즐측 코어(16)는 몸체(2)의 측단부에 노즐측 코어설치홈(5)과 연통하도록 형성된 볼트체결공(6)에 노즐측 코어(16)의 플러그삽입홈(13)에 결합되는 코어고정용 엔드플러그(17)를 개재한 상태로 체결 되는 고정볼트(18)에 의해 고정설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형용 핫런너시스템의 코어조립식 매니폴드블록.
