Claims (7)
- IIIB 족 원소, IVB 족 원소 및 Fe로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 원소가 산화아연에 대해 0.01 내지 10 질량% 고용되어 있고, 비표면적으로부터 계산되는 평균 1 차 입자경이 0 ㎛ 초과 내지 0.03 ㎛ 이하이며, 벌크 밀도(嵩密度)가 0 g/ml 초과 내지 0.20 g/ml 이하이고, 체적저항율이 0 Ω·㎝ 초과 내지 1010 Ω·㎝ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 산화아연 분말.
- (I) 산화아연의 수성 슬러리에 탄산알칼리 염을 반응시켜 염기성 탄산아연을 얻는 공정,(II) 이 염기성 탄산아연을 가열 숙성시키는 공정,(III) 얻어지는 숙성액에, IIIB 족 원소, IVB 족 원소 및 Fe로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 원소의 수용성 염을 혼합하여 재숙성시키는 공정,(IV) 이 숙성물을 탈수하여 건조시키는 공정,(V) 얻어지는 건조물을 소성시키는 공정,(VI) 이 소성물을 해쇄(解碎)시키는 공정을 순차 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에 기재한 도전성 산화아연 분말의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 (V) 공정에서, 건조물을 산화성 분위기 또는 환원성 분위기 하에, 300 내지 600 ℃로 소성하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 도전성 산화아연 분말이 기재 100 질량부에 대해 분산 상태로 10 내지 300 질량부 함유되며, 체적저항율이 103 내지 1011 Ω·㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 고무인 도전성 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 수지인 도전성 조성물.
