Abstract
Description
상기 카르본산(b-1)으로서는 호박산, 무수 호박산, 아디핀산, 피멜산, 수베르산, 아젤라산, 세바스산으로 대표되는 직쇄상(측쇄를 갖지 않음)의 지방족 디카르본산, 또는 환형 에스테르로서 ε-카프로락톤을 사용할 수 있다. 이들 카르본산은 단독으로 사용해도 되고 2 종류 이상을 병용해도 된다.
또한, 상기 디올(b-2)로서는, 에틸렌글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 디에틸렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜, 테트라에틸렌글리콜 등의 지방족 디올을 사용할 수 있으며, 이들은 단독으로 사용해도 되고 2종 이상을 병용해도 된다.

- 음이온성기를 가지는 자기(自己) 유화성(乳化性) 폴리우레탄 수지(A);60℃ 이하의 유출 개시 온도(X)와 0∼50℃의 결정화 온도(Y)를 가지며, 소수성을 가지며, 직쇄상 폴리우레탄 수지(B-PU)를 함유하는 분산 입자; 및수성 매체를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 수지 수성 분산체로서,상기 폴리우레탄 수지(A)와 상기 폴리우레탄 수지(B-PU)의 비율이, 중량비로 (A)/(B-PU) = 99/1∼50/50의 범위이며,상기 폴리우레탄 수지(B-PU)는, 직쇄상 지방족 폴리올(b-5) 60∼95중량%와 디이소시아네이트(b-6) 5∼20중량%를 필수 성분으로 반응시켜 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 수지 수성 분산체.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 지방족 폴리올(b-5)은, 탄소수 2∼10의 직쇄상 지방족 디카르본산 및 ε-카프로락톤으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 카르본산(b-1)과, 탄소수 2∼6의 직쇄상 지방족 디올(b-2)을 필수 성분으로 반응시켜 얻어지는, 직쇄상 지방족 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 수지 수성 분산체.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 폴리우레탄 수지(B-PU)의 이온성기의 함유량이 50mmol/kg 이하이며, 반복 단위가 5 이상인 에틸렌옥사이드〔(CH2CH2O)n; n≥5〕 구성 단위의 함유량이 5중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 수지 수성 분산체.
- 제11항에 있어서,표면 장력이 40mN/m 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 수지 수성 분산체.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 수지 수성 분산체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 수성 접착제.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 수지 수성 분산체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 프라이머 코트제.
