Claims (9)
- 입방정 질화붕소 1 몰에 포함되는 입방정 질화붕소 합성 촉매 성분의 금속 원소가 2.4×10-4 내지 7.5×1O-4 몰이고, 대기 중 1100 ℃에서 1 시간 가열하였을 때의 인성(toughness) 값의 저하가 10 % 이하인, 단결정으로 이루어진 입방정 질화붕소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입방정 질화붕소에 포함되는 입방정 질화붕소 합성 촉매 성분이 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속 중 1종 이상을 포함하는, 단결정으로 이루어진 입방정 질화붕소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입방정 질화붕소에 포함되는 입방정 질화붕소 합성 촉매 성분이 리튬, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 바륨 중 1종 이상을 포함하는, 단결정으로 이루어진 입방정 질화붕소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입방정 질화붕소에 포함되는 입방정 질화붕소 합성 촉매 성분이 리튬 또는 칼슘을 포함하는, 단결정으로 이루어진 입방정 질화붕소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입방정 질화붕소 1 몰에 포함되는 입방정 질화붕소 합성 촉매 성분의 금속 원소가 2.4×10-4 내지 5.0×10-4 몰인, 단결정으로 이루어진 입방정 질화붕소.
- 제5항에 있어서, 입방정 질화붕소 1 몰에 포함되는 입방정 질화붕소 합성 촉매 성분의 금속 원소가 2.4×10-4 내지 2.5×10-4 몰인, 단결정으로 이루어진 입방정 질화붕소.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 단결정으로 이루어진 입방정 질화붕소를 사용한 연삭 지석.
- 제8항에 있어서, 연삭 지석의 결합재가 유리질의 비트리파이드 본드인 연삭 지석.
