Claims (5)
- 전면기판 상에 형성된 애노드 전극, 상기 전면기판과 이격되어 상기 전면기판과 대향하도록 배치된 배면기판 상에 형성된 게이트 전극, 상기 배전기판에 상기 게이트 전극과 이격 형성되는 캐소드 전극, 상기 캐소드 전극의 상면에 형성된 에미터를 포함하는 전계방출장치의 정전류 구동회로에 있어서,상기 애노드 전극의 접지전류를 검출하는 전류검출회로;상기 에미터에서 전자를 방출시키기 위한 구동교류전압을 상기 게이트 전극과 상기 캐소드 전극간에 인가하는 입력전원부; 및상기 전류검출회로에서 검출된 애노드 전극의 접지전류를 설정된 기준전류와 비교하여 전류편차를 구하고, 상기 전류편차에 따라 상기 구동교류전압의 주파수를 가변하기 위한 주파수신호 및 상기 구동교류전압의 순환비를 가변하기 위한 순환비신호를 상기 입력전원부에 제공하는 피드백회로부;를 포함하며,상기 피드백회로부는 상기 구동교류전압의 주파수가 설정된 한계주파수를 초과하는 경우에는 상기 구동교류전압의 주파수를 상기 한계주파수로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출장치 정전류 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피드백회로부는 상기 주파수신호 및 상기 순환비신호를 상기 입력전원부에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출장치 정전류 구동회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 입력전원부는,교류 전압을 입력받아 직류전압으로 변환하여 공급하는 전원공급부;상기 전원공급부에서 직류전압을 입력받아 교류전압을 생성하되, 상기 생성되는 교류전압의 주파수 및 순환비는 상기 피드백회로부에서 입력받는 상기 주파수신호 및 순환비신호에 의하여 설정되는 전력구동부; 및상기 전력구동부에서 생성된 교류전압을 입력받아 승압하여 상기 구동교류전압을 생성하는 고압발생부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출장치 정전류 구동회로.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 피드백회로부는,상기 주파수신호를 출력하는 주파수 가변부;상기 순환비신호를 출력하는 순환비 가변부; 및상기 주파수 가변부에서 출력하는 주파수신호로부터 상기 구동교류전압의 주파수를 검출하여 상기 한계주파수와 비교하는 주파수 비교기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출장치 정전류 구동회로.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 구동교류전압의 주파수가 상기 한계주파수를 초과하는 경우에는 상기 구동교류전압의 주파수를 상기 한계주파수로 고정하고 상기 순환비만을 가변시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계방출장치 정전류 구동회로.
