Claims (15)
- 내부에 전파를 송수신하기 위한 장치가 구비되는 전장부; 및상기 전장부 전단에 상기 전장부에 대하여 휘어짐이 가능하게 형성되는 헤드부;를 포함하여 이루어지고,유연한 재질로 이루어져 상기 전장부와 헤드부를 일체로 형성하는 몸체;를 포함하여 구성되는 프로브 장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 몸체는,상기 헤드부가 전장부에 대하여 휘어질 수 있도록, 상기 헤드부와 전장부의 사이에 빈 공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로브 장치.
