Abstract
Description
상기 CaO, MgO, SrO, ZrO2, TiO2 는 0mol 이상 1mol 이하로 조성될 수 있으며 이때, CaO+MgO+SrO=1mol, ZrO2+TiO2=1mol 로 조성 될 수 있다.
상기 실시 예에서 사용된 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전소자의 조성별 상기 화학식 (1)에 다음과 같은 조성비를 선택하여 상온에서의 유전율과 유전손실 값을 구하여 표1에 나타내었다.

Claims (23)
- 다수의 홀이 형성되어 있는 하부판;후면에 형광물질이 도포되어 있는 상부판;상기 하부판의 다수의 홀에 삽입되는 구조로 형성되어 있고, 상기 상부판의 형광물질과 방전현상을 일으키는 유전체를 구비하는 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전소자;상기 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전 소자는 외부에서 전계가 인가되는 실버전극이 한면에 도포되어 있으며 (CaO-MgO-SrO-ZrO2-TiO2)+글래스 프릿(glass frit) 의 조건식을 만족하는 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하부판의 홀은 사각형 형태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전소자는 상기 홀에 삽입가능한 입체구조로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 입체구조는 하부판과 결합하기 위한 턱이 밑면에 형성되어 있는 육면체의 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전소자의 내부는 유전체가 도포되어 있는 공간이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하부판의 측면에 구비되어 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전소자와 대항방전을 일으키기 위한 측면 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전 소자를 더 포함하는 면광원 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 측면 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전소자는 L자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ZrO2는 0≤ZrO2≤1mol 인 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 TiO2는 0≤TiO2≤1mol 인 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 ZrO2+TiO2=1mol 인 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세라믹-유리 복합체 충방전소자는 상기 조성물에 MnO, Al2O3, Cr2O3, Fe2O3 중에서 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 첨가제를 첨가한 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 상기 조성물 기준으로 0≤첨가제≤3wt%의 조건을 만족하도록 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 글래스 프릿은 SiO2, BaO, CaO 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 글래스 프릿은 SiO2 1mol, BaO 0.6mol, CaO 0.4mol 을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 글래스 프릿은 무연 유리성분을 1100℃에서 합성한 후 전조성에 0.3wt% 이상 10wt% 이하로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
