Claims (3)
- 초정 오스테나이트상으로 응고를 시작하고, 응고과정중 상변태없이 응고를 완료하는 니켈 함량이 30∼45wt.% 범위인 고 Ni 합금을 수직만곡형 연속주조기에서 제조하는 방법에서,상기 고 Ni합금의 응고과정중 냉각속도를 1~200(℃/min) 범위로 조절하고, 주조속도를 0.8~1.2(m/min)로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질이 우수한 고 니켈 합금의 연속주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉각속도는 액상선 부터 1300℃의 온도구간에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질이 우수한 고 니켈 합금의 연속주조방법.
