Claims (9)
- 화상이 형성되는 액정디스플레이 모듈에 전기적 신호를 입력하기 위해 마련되는 도전필름과, 상기 도전필름의 하면에 코팅되는 ITO 코팅층과, 상기 ITO 코팅층의 하면 가장자리에 프린트되는 전극을 포함하는 도전유닛; 및상기 도전유닛을 보호하기 위하여 상기 도전필름의 상측에 마련되는 윈도우 필름을 포함하되,상기 도전필름의 두께는 상기 윈도우 필름의 두께보다 상대적으로 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도전필름은 30 내지 130 ㎛ 범위의 두께를 가지고, 상기 윈도우 필름은 80 내지 188 ㎛ 범위의 두께를 가지되,상기 도전필름의 두께가 상기 윈도우 필름의 두께보다 상대적으로 작도록 상기 도전필름과 상기 윈도우 필름이 각각 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도전필름 및 상기 윈도우 필름은 각각 PET(Poly Ethyle Terephthalate) 필름으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 도전필름은 상기 윈도우 필름에 비하여 상대적으로 연질(軟質)의 성격을 갖는 PET(Poly Ethylen Terephthalate) 필름으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극은 은(Silver)으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도전필름 및 상기 윈도우 필름은 점착성을 갖는 점착부재에 의하여 상호 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 점착부재는 아크릴계 점착제, 고무계 점착제, 폴리에스테르계 점착제 및 실리콘계 점착제 중 어느 하나의 점착제로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 윈도우 필름은 하면에 문자 또는 로고가 프린트되는 인쇄부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도전필름 및 상기 윈도우 필름에는 각각 UV(Ultraviolet) 도료를 도포한 후 자외선을 조사하여 코팅되는 UV 코팅층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패널.
