Claims (7)
- 폴리올레핀계 수지와 극성화 반응성 올레핀계 수지가 혼합된 기본 수지 100 중량부에 대하여,50 내지 200 중량부의 무기 난연제; 및10 내지 80 중량부의 이산화규소를 포함하되,상기 기본 수지는 50 내지 99 중량%의 폴리올레핀계 수지와 1 내지 50 중량%의 극성화 반응성 올레핀계 수지의 혼합물이며,상기 이산화규소는 평균 입자 지름이 50 내지 200 나노미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀계 수지는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 중밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 탄소 수 3 내지 15 개인 알파올레핀의 블록 공중합체, 탄소 수 3 내지 15 개인 알파올레핀의 불규칙(random) 공중합체, 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 알파올레핀은 에틸렌과 1-옥텐의 공중합체 및 에틸렌과 1-부텐의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 극성화 올레핀계 수지는 말레산 무수물(maleic anhydride)이 그래프트된 폴리에틸렌, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트(glycidyl methacrylate)가 그래프트된 폴리에틸렌, 말레산 무수물이 그래프트된 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트가 그래프트된 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체, 말레산 무수물이 그래프트된 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 및 글리시딜메타크릴레이트가 그래프트된 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기 난연제는 비닐실란, 금속 수산화물 및 안티몬계 난연제 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 금속 수산화물은 수산화알루미늄 또는 수산화마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
