- 피셔-트롭쉬 반응을 이용하여 일산화탄소와 수소로 이루어진 합성가스로부터 가솔린, 디젤, 왁스 등을 제조하는데 사용되는 금속 구조체 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서,분말 형태의 피셔-트롭쉬 반응 촉매를 이용 촉매 슬러리를 제조하여 모노리스 금속 구조체 위에 워시 코팅하여 제조하되,상기 모노리스 금속구조체는 벌집형태의 원기둥구조체로 유로(channel)가 확보된 구조로, 900℃에서 16시간 동안 소성으로 미리 산화시켜 촉매 슬러리와 접착성을 높인 구조체이고,상기 촉매 슬러리는 분말 형태의 피셔-트롭쉬 반응 촉매와 알루미나 졸, 물을 이용한 용제를 사용하여 제조하되, 알루미나 졸과 물로 이루어진 용제와 피셔-트롭쉬 반응 촉매 분말의 조성이 20:1에서 1:2의 비를 가지도록 조성하여 혼합하고,상기 알루미나 졸과 물로 이루어진 용제는 알루미나가 10wt% 포함되고 나머지는 물로 이루어진 알루미나 졸과 물과의 조성비가 5:1에서 1:5의 비를 가지도록 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 구조체 촉매의 제조방법.
