Claims (5)
- 연속감쇠력 가변형 댐퍼의 실린더의 내부로 삽입된 피스톤로드의 단부에 결합되는 피스톤밸브어셈블리에 있어서,권취부와 상기 권취부의 상단 및 하단에 각각 형성되고 상기 권취부보다 큰 직경을 가지는 상부돌출부 및 하부돌출부와 상기 상부돌출부 및 상기 하부돌출부의 각각에 세로방향으로 형성되는 슬롯을 포함하는 코어 및, 상기 코어의 상기 권취부에 감기는 솔레노이드 코일을 구비하는 코어어셈블리;상기 코어어셈블리의 상부에서 상기 피스톤로드에 고정되며, 상기 피스톤로드가 삽입되는 관통홀을 구비하는 몸체부와 상기 몸체부의 상단에서 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 몸체부보다 큰 외경을 가지며 상면이 평탄한 지지부를 포함하는 스토퍼;상기 스토퍼의 상부에서 상기 피스톤로드에 결합되며, 하면에 상기 스토퍼의 상기 지지부와 면접촉하는 스토퍼수용부를 구비하는 상부플레이트;상기 코어어셈블리의 하부에 위치하는 하부플레이트;상기 코어어셈블리, 상기 상부플레이트 및 상기 하부플레이트를 내부에 수용하며, 상단부는 상기 상부플레이트의 상면 주변부를 지지하고 하단부는 상기 하부플레이트의 하면 주변부를 지지하는 플럭스링;을 포함하는 연속감쇠력 가변형 댐퍼의 피스톤밸브 어셈블리
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼의 상기 몸체부의 하단부가 소성 변형되어 상기 피스톤로드의 외주면에 형성된 결합홈에 삽입됨으로써 상기 스토퍼가 상기 피스톤로드에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 연속감쇠력 가변형 댐퍼의 피스톤밸브 어셈블리

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부돌출부 및 하부돌출부에는 각각 다수의 슬롯이 형성되며, 상기 상부돌출부에 형성되는 다수의 슬롯과 상기 하부돌출부에 형성되는 다수의 슬롯은 각각 서로 동일한 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속감쇠력 가변형 댐퍼의 피스톤밸브 어셈블리
- 연속감쇠력 가변형 댐퍼의 실린더의 내부로 삽입된 피스톤로드의 단부에 결합되는 피스톤밸브어셈블리에 있어서,권취부, 상기 권취부의 상단 및 하단에 각각 형성되고 상기 권취부보다 큰 직경을 가지는 상부돌출부 및 하부돌출부, 상기 상부돌출부 및 상기 하부돌출부의 각각에 세로방향으로 형성되는 슬롯을 포함하는 코어와, 상기 코어의 상기 권취부에 감기는 솔레노이드 코일을 포함하는 코어어셈블리;상기 코어어셈블리의 상부에 설치되는 상부플레이트;상기 코어어셈블리의 하부에 위치하는 하부플레이트;상기 코어어셈블리, 상기 상부플레이트 및 상기 하부플레이트를 내부에 수용하며, 상단부는 상기 상부플레이트의 상면 주변부를 지지하고 하단부는 상기 하부플레이트의 하면 주변부를 지지하는 플럭스링;을 포함하는 연속감쇠력 가변형 댐퍼의 피스톤밸브 어셈블리
