Claims (12)
- 금속판체 자체 또는, 아연이나 아연합금 도금층이 형성된 도금강판 형태의 소지강판;크롬산염 또는 논(non)-크롬산염 전처리층;방청 안료가 함유된 하도로서, 에폭시계 폴리에스테르 하도, 에폭시변성 폴리에스테르계 하도, PCM용 폴리에스테르계 하도 또는 변성 PCM용 폴리에스테르계 하도로부터 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 하도로 도장 처리한 방청 프라이머 도막층; 및(i) 수평균 분자량이 10,000~13,000이고 유리전이온도(Tg)가 20℃~40℃, 수산가 20∼60 mgKOH/g, 산가 1~5 mgKOH/g의 하이폴리머 폴리에스테르 개선수지로 이루어진 주수지; (ii) 이소시아네이트 수지 및 메톡시기를 갖는 메틸에테르화 멜라민 수지로 이루어진 가교수지; (iii) 경화 촉매; (iv) 용제; 및 (v) 왁스, 레벨링제, 소포제 및 안료를 포함하는 첨가제;로 이루어진 해머톤 하이폴리머 도료를 도장 처리한 중도 도막층;을 포함하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판.
- 금속판체 자체 또는, 아연이나 아연합금 도금층이 형성된 도금강판 형태의 소지강판;크롬산염 또는 논(non)-크롬산염 전처리층; 및(i) 수평균 분자량이 10,000~13,000이고 유리전이온도(Tg)가 20℃~40℃, 수산가 20∼60 mgKOH/g, 산가 1~5 mgKOH/g의 하이폴리머 폴리에스테르 개선수지로 이루어진 주수지; (ii) 이소시아네이트 수지 및 메톡시기를 갖는 메틸에테르화 멜라민 수지로 이루어진 가교수지; (iii) 경화 촉매; (iv) 용제; 및 (v) 왁스, 레벨링제, 소포제 및 안료를 포함하는 첨가제;로 이루어진 해머톤 하이폴리머 도료를 도장처리한 중도 도막층;을 포함하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기의 중도 도막층위에 클리어도막층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방청 프라이머 도막층을 형성하는 방청 안료는 납이나 크롬이 배제된 방청 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 경화 촉매는 (i) Tin 촉매; 및 (ii) p-톨루엔 술폰산, 디노닐나프탈렌 술폰산, 디나프탈렌 디술폰산 및 플루오로 술폰산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 술폰산을 아민 또는 에폭시로 중화시켜 얻은 중화 생성물;인 것을 특징으로 하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용제는 용제의 총중량을 기준으로 85~95%가 방향족 탄화수소계 용제로, 5~15%가 글리콜 에스테르계, 글리콜 에테르계, 알코올계 및 케톤계 용제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 용제로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 해머톤 하이폴리머 도료는 도료 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 방향족 탄화수소계 용제가 함유된 하이폴리머 폴리에스테르 개선수지 25∼55%, 이소시아네이트 수지 5∼10%, 멜라민 수지 0.1∼2%, 경화 촉매 0.1∼1.5%, 상기 개선수지에 함유된 방향족 탄화수소계 용제를 포함한 용제 25∼45%, 왁스 0.3∼1.0%, 레벨링제 0.5∼1.0%, 소포제 0.5~1.0% 및 안료 10∼25%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 왁스는 폴리프로필렌 합성왁스 파우더 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판.
- 금속판체 자체 또는, 아연이나 아연합금 도금층이 형성된 도금강판 형태의 소지강판 상에, 50~120 mpm의 라인스피드(line speed)로 크롬산염 또는 논(non)-크롬산염을 롤코팅 방식으로 표면에 얇은 막으로 도포 처리하고 60 ~ 140℃ 온도에서 건조시켜 20~80 ㎎/m2의 크롬 화성처리층 또는 30~150㎎/㎡의 논(non)-크로메이트층으로 전처리층을 형성시키는 단계;상기 전처리층에 방청 프라이머 도료를 코팅하고 PMT 180 ~ 210℃로 가열 및 건조시켜 방청 프라이머 도막층을 형성하는 단계; 및(i) 수평균 분자량이 10,000~13,000이고 유리전이온도(Tg)가 20℃~40℃, 수산가 20∼60 mgKOH/g, 산가 1~5 mgKOH/g의 하이폴리머 폴리에스테르 개선수지로 이루어진 주수지; (ii) 이소시아네이트 수지 및 메톡시기를 갖는 메틸에테르화 멜라민 수지로 이루어진 가교수지; (iii) 경화 촉매; (iv) 용제; 및 (v) 왁스, 레벨링제, 소포제 및 안료를 포함하는 첨가제;로 이루어진 해머톤 하이폴리머 도료를 코팅하고 PMT 210 ~ 245℃로 가열 및 건조시켜 중도 도막층을 형성하면서 해머톤 무늬를 발현하는 단계;를 포함하는 것으로 이루어진 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기의 중도 도막층위에 건재 및 가전용 클리어 도료로 코팅하고 PMT 210 ~ 241℃로 가열 및 건조시켜 해머톤 무늬를 보호 및 물성을 보완하는 클리어 도막층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것으로 이루어진 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 왁스는 용제 Wetting후 고속 분산시켜 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 왁스는 수지, 용제 및 왁스를 혼합시킨 반제품화 상태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해머톤 무늬를 갖는 칼라강판의 제조방법.
