Claims (4)
- 이형지의 상부 면에 투명한 실리콘에 의하여 이형제층을 형성하는 제1단계;상기 제1단계 후에 상기 이형제층의 상부면에 불소코팅막층을 형성하는 제2단계;상기 제2단계 후에 상기 불소코팅막층 상부 면에 인쇄할 부분에만 실크스크린으로 실리콘 고무층을 형성하는 제3단계;상기 제3단계 후에 상기 실리콘 고무층 상부 면에 제2의 불소화폴리에스테르층을 형성하는 제4단계;상기 제4단계 후에 상기 제2의 불소화폴리에스테르층 상부 면에 잉크를 이용하여 인쇄층을 형성하는 제5단계;상기 제5단계 후에 상기 인쇄층 상부 면에 제1의 불소화폴리에스테르층을 형성하는 제6단계;상기 제6단계 후에 상기 제1의 불소화폴리에스테르층 상부 면에 부분적으로 2차발포층을 형성하는 제7단계;상기 제7단계 후에 상기 2차발포층 상부 면에 1차발포층을 형성하는 제8단계;상기 제8단계 후에 전체 면에 백색 도료에 의하여 백색배경층을 형성하는 제9단계; 및상기 제9단계 후에 상기 백색배경층 상부 면에 전체에 열접착수지층을 형성하는 제10단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 증대된 3차 입체발포 전사지의 제조방법.
- 이형지가 구비되고, 상기 이형지의 상부 면에 투명한 실리콘에 의하여 형성되는 이형제층;상기 이형제층의 상부면에 형성되는 불소코팅막층;상기 불소코팅막층 상부 면에 인쇄할 부분에만 실크스크린으로 형성되는 실리콘 고무층;상기 실리콘 고무층 상부 면에 형성되는 제2의 불소화폴리에스테르층;상기 제2의 불소화폴리에스테르층 상부 면에 잉크를 이용하여 인쇄된 인쇄층;상기 인쇄층 상부 면에 형성되는 제1의 불소화폴리에스테르층;상기 제1의 불소화폴리에스테르층 상부 면에 부분적으로 형성되는 2차발포층;상기 2차발포층 상부 면에 형성되는 1차발포층; 및상기 1차발포층 상부 전체 면에 형성되는 열접착수지층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 증대된 3차 입체발포 전사지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 열접착수지층과 상기 1차발포층 사이의 전체 면에는 백색 도료에 의하여 형성되는 백색배경층이 추가로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 증대된 3차 입체발포 전사지.
