Description
Claims (10)
- 길이 방향으로 길게 제공되며, 좌우 측면 각각에 제1가이드 홈이 형성된 가이드 레일;상기 가이드 레일에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 슬라이더; 및상기 가이드 레일과 상기 슬라이더 사이에 제공되어 일정 경로를 따라 구름 운동하는 다수 개의 볼을 포함하며,상기 슬라이더는,좌우 내측면에 상기 제1가이드 홈과 함께 상기 볼이 이동하는 경로를 제공하는 제2가이드 홈이 형성되며, 내부에 상기 볼이 이동하는 관통홀이 형성된 베이스 블록; 및상기 베이스 블록의 전후에 결합되고, 상기 제2가이드 홈과 상기 관통홀 상호간에 상기 볼의 이동을 안내하며 적어도 일부가 신축 가능한 재질로 이루어져 상기 볼의 이동 방향 변경에 의한 충격을 흡수하는 리턴부를 가지는 엔드 플레이트;를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 리턴부는,상기 볼과 접촉하는 표면층; 및상기 표면층과 상기 엔드 플레이트의 몸체 사이에 구비되며, 신축 가능한 재질로 이루어진 탄성층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층의 강성은, 상기 탄성층의 강성보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층은, 상기 탄성층의 내측면에 분말 형태의 코팅물질을 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성층은, 테프론, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리우레탄 중 적어도 어느 하나의 재질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1가이드 홈, 상기 제2가이드 홈, 관통홀 및 상기 리턴부는 상하 방향으로 복수 개가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 블록과 상기 엔드 플레이트 사이에 구비되는 가이드 부재를 더 포함하며;상기 가이드 부재는 상기 리턴부와 함께 상기 볼의 이동경로를 형성하는 곡률부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가이드 부재는, 상기 관통홀 내부로 삽입되어 상기 관통홀의 내면을 감싸는 관통홀 가이드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 관통홀 가이드는, 엔지니어링 플라스틱(engineering plastic) 재질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엔드 플레이트의 외측에 결합되는 엔드 캡을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 가이드 장치.
