Claims (8)
- PEEK; 및상기 PEEK와 혼합하고, 아파타이트를 형성하기 위한 몰비가 30:70인 CaO-SiO2를 포함하는 PEEK와 CaO-SiO2를 이용한 인공골용 생체활성 복합체.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 PEEK와 CaO-SiO2는 0:100~50:50의 중량비로 혼합하는 PEEK와 CaO-SiO2를 이용한 인공골용 생체활성 복합체.
- 졸-겔(Sol-Gel)법을 이용하여 몰비가 30:70인 CaO-SiO2겔을 형성하는 제 1단계;상기 CaO-SiO2겔을 열처리하여 CaO-SiO2분말로 형성하는 제 2단계;상기 CaO-SiO2분말과 PEEK분말의 일정 비율을 혼합하여 압력으로 프레스하는 제 3단계; 및혼합된 상기 분말들을 열처리하는 제 4단계를 포함하는 PEEK와 CaO-SiO2를 이용한 인공골용 생체활성 복합체 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 PEEK분말과 CaO-SiO2분말은 0:100~50:50의 중량비로 혼합하는 PEEK와 CaO-SiO2를 이용한 인공골용 생체활성 복합체 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1단계는 400℃~1000℃로 1시간 내지 3시간 동안 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PEEK와 CaO-SiO2를 이용한 인공골용 생체활성 복합체 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1단계의 졸-겔법(Sol-Gel)은 칼슘 니트레이트 테트라하이드레이트와 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 TEOS를 포함하는 수용액을 이용하는 PEEK와 CaO-SiO2를 이용한 인공골용 생체활성 복합체 제조 방법.
