Claims (5)
- 관형상 벽을 지닌 관형상 블랭크를 준비하는 공정과;상기 블랭크의 내부 관형상 벽면과 맞물리는 면을 지닌 지지핀과, 상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면과 맞물리는, 성형된 면을 지닌 복수의 외부부재 사이에서 상기 관형상 벽을 압착하는 공정을 구비함으로써;상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면 상에 홈을 형성하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하는 방법에 있어서,상기 압착은, 상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면과 상기 외부부재의 성형된 면과의 맞물림 직경의 감소에 의해 달성되고, 상기 외부부재들은, 상기 관형상 블랭크의 외부 벽면에 대해서 폐쇄되어, 그 위에 홈들을 형성한 후, 이들 외부부재가 후퇴되어 상기 블랭크가 해방될 때까지 서로 동일한 간격을 둔 관계로 유지되고, 상기 블랭크의 상기 내부 관형상 벽면은 상기 지지핀에 의해 방사상으로 안쪽으로 이동되는 것이 방지되고,상기 외부부재는, 상기 블랭크의 상기 외부 관형상 벽면에 대해서 폐쇄되었을 때, 상기 외부 관형상 벽면에 홈을 형성하고, 또한 그 위에 방사상으로 뻗은 돌출부를 복수개 형성하고,상기 외부 부재가 상기 블랭크의 외부의 관형상 벽면에 대해서 폐쇄되어 각 부재와 다음의 부재사이에 공간을 남김으로써, 상기 홈으로부터의 돌출부를 수용하고,상기 압착은, 상기 블랭크의 내부 관형상 벽면과 상기 지지핀과의 맞물림 직경의 증가, 및 상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면과 상기 외부부재의 성형된 면과의 맞물림 직경의 감소에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하고,상기 외부부재들은 먼저 상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면에 대해 점진적으로 폐쇄되어 상기 외부 관형상 벽면과 맞물리고, 적어도 부분적으로 그 안에 홈들을 형성하고, 상기 지지핀은, 증가하는 직경으로 상기 블랭크의 내부 관형상 벽면과 맞물림으로써, 상기 홈들의 상기 형성을 돕는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하는 방법.
- 관형상 벽을 지닌 관형상 블랭크를 준비하는 공정과;상기 블랭크의 내부 관형상 벽면과 맞물리는 면을 지닌 지지핀과, 상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면과 맞물리는, 성형된 면을 지닌 복수의 외부부재 사이에서 상기 관형상 벽을 압착하는 공정을 구비함으로써;상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면 상에 홈을 형성하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하는 방법에 있어서,상기 압착은, 상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면과 상기 외부부재의 성형된 면과의 맞물림 직경의 감소에 의해 달성되고, 상기 외부부재들은, 상기 관형상 블랭크의 외부 벽면에 대해서 폐쇄되어, 그 위에 홈들을 형성한 후, 이들 외부부재가 후퇴되어 상기 블랭크가 해방될 때까지 서로 동일한 간격을 둔 관계로 유지되고, 상기 블랭크의 상기 내부 관형상 벽면은 상기 지지핀에 의해 방사상으로 안쪽으로 이동되는 것이 방지되고,상기 외부부재는, 상기 블랭크의 상기 외부 관형상 벽면에 대해서 폐쇄되었을 때, 상기 외부 관형상 벽면에 홈을 형성하고, 또한 그 위에 방사상으로 뻗은 돌출부를 복수개 형성하고,상기 외부 부재가 상기 블랭크의 외부의 관형상 벽면에 대해서 폐쇄되어 각 부재와 다음의 부재사이에 공간을 남김으로써, 상기 홈으로부터의 돌출부를 수용하고,상기 압착은, 상기 블랭크의 내부 관형상 벽면과 상기 지지핀과의 맞물림 직경의 증가, 및 상기 블랭크의 외부 관형상 벽면과 상기 외부부재의 성형된 면과의 맞물림 직경의 감소에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하고,상기 지지핀은 그의 길이를 따라 변화하는 외부 직경을 지녀, 상기 관형상 블랭크에 대해서 축방향으로 이동함으로써, 직경을 증가시켜, 상기와 같은 블랭크의 내부의 관형상 벽면과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크의 외부의 관형상 벽면상의 홈들은 원주 홈의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크의 외부의 관형상 벽면상의 홈들은 나사산 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크의 외부의 관형상 벽면상의 홈들은 세로로 긴 홈의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속으로부터 방사상으로 확장가능한 외부에 홈을 낸 관형상 패스너를 형성하는 방법.
