Claims (30)
- 오목부가 형성된 면을 갖는 제 1 기재와, 상기 면 상에 마련된 적층 구조를 구비한 광디스크로서,상기 적층 구조는상기 제 1 기재의 상기 면 상에 마련된 반사층과,상기 반사층 상에 형성되어, 상기 오목부의 내부를 매립하는 기록층과,상기 기록층을 덮도록 배치되어, 기록/재생 광을 투과시킬 수 있는 투명 부재를 갖고 있으며,상기 제 1 기재의 상기 오목부의 저부(底部)에서의 상기 기록층의 두께는 상기 제 1 기재의 평탄 부분에서의 상기 기록층의 두께의 1.5배 이상인광디스크.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기록층의 표면에서의 단차(段差)가 상기 반사층의 표면에서의 단차보다 작게 되도록 상기 기록층의 표면이 평탄화되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 도포에 의해서 형성되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 색소를 함유하는 기록 재료로 형성되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 기록층은 상기 반사층에 존재하는 개구 부분을 거쳐서 부분적으로 상기 제 1 기재의 표면과 접촉되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기재는 기록 광이 조사된 기록층과 반응하는 재료로 형성되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 반사층은 섬(island) 형상 구조를 갖는 재료로 형성되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 부재는 방사선 경화 수지로 형성되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 부재는 열경화성 수지로 형성되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 투명 부재는상기 기록/재생 광을 투과시킬 수 있는 제 2 기재와, 상기 제 2 기재를 상기 제 1 기재와 접착시키는 접착층을 포함하고 있고,상기 제 1 기재와 상기 제 2 기재가 상기 접착층을 거쳐 접합되어 있는광디스크.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 접착층은 방사선 경화 수지로 형성되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 투명 부재는 반투명 반사층 및 제 2 기록층을 포함하고 있는 광디스크.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 기록층에는, 홈 및/또는 피트에 의해서 재생 전용 정보가 기록되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 기록/재생 광을 투과시킬 수 있는 보호막이 상기 제 1 기판과 상기 접착층 사이에 형성되어 있는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 부재의 두께는 0.3㎜ 이하인 광디스크.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기재의 두께는 1.0 내지 1.2㎜인 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,재생 광의 파장을 λ, 상기 기록층의 굴절률을 n으로 했을 때, 상기 오목부의 깊이가 λ/(4×n) 이하인 광디스크.
- 제 1 기판을 제작하는 공정과, 제 2 기판을 제작하는 공정과, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판을 투명한 접착제에 의해서 접합시키는 공정을 포함하는 광디스크 제작 방법으로서,상기 제 1 기판을 제작하는 공정은(a) 오목부를 갖는 면을 구비한 기재를 준비하는 공정과,(b) 상기 기재의 상기 면상에 반사층을 형성하는 공정과,(c) 기록층에 의해 상기 오목부의 내부를 매립하는 공정을 포함하되,상기 기재의 상기 오목부의 저부에서의 상기 기록층의 두께를, 상기 기재의 평탄 부분에서의 상기 기록층의 두께의 1.5배 이상으로 하는광디스크 제작 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 공정 (c)는 상기 기록층을 스핀 코팅법으로 상기 반사층 상에 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 광디스크 제작 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 기판을 제작하는 공정은투명한 기재의 한 면에 피트 및/또는 홈을 형성하는 공정과,반투명막을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는광디스크 제작 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 투명한 접착제로서 방사선 경화 수지를 이용하는 광디스크 제작 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,도포 공정 후, 기록층 상에 보호막을 형성하여, 접합 공정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 제작 방법.
- (a) 오목부를 갖는 면을 구비한 기재를 준비하는 공정과,(b) 상기 기재의 상기 면 상에 반사층을 형성하는 공정과,(c) 기록층에 의해 상기 오목부의 내부를 매립하는 공정과,(d) 투명한 재료를 도포하는 공정과,(e) 상기 투명한 재료를 경화시키는 공정을 포함하되,상기 반사층의 표면에 형성된 상기 오목부의 저부에서의 상기 기록층의 두께를, 상기 반사층 표면의 평탄 부분에서의 상기 기록층 두께의 1.5배 이상으로 하는광디스크 제작 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 공정 (c)는상기 기록층을, 스핀 코팅법에 의해, 상기 반사층 상에 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 광디스크 제작 방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 도포 공정 후, 상기 투명한 재료를 도포하는 공정 전에, 피트 또는 홈에 의해서 정보가 기록되어 있는 정보층을 형성하는 공정과, 반투명한 반사층을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하는 광디스크 제작 방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 투명한 재료의 도포를 스핀 코팅법에 의해 실행하는 광디스크 제작 방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 투명한 재료는 방사선 경화 수지로 형성되어 있고,상기 투명한 재료를 경화시키는 공정에서는, 상기 투명한 재료에 방사선을 조사하는 광디스크 제작 방법.
