Claims (1)
- 적어도 장착된 기록매체를 회전 구동하기 위한 턴테이블(turntable)과, 상기 턴테이블을 구동하기 위한 스핀들모터(spindle motor)와, 상기 기록매체의 기록 및/또는 재생을 수행하는 헤드장치(head apparatus)와, 상기 헤드장치를 직선(straight line)으로 구동하고, 적어도 상기 헤드장치에 부착되는 너트(nut)를 포함하는 선형구동수단(linear driving means)과, 상기 너트가 조여지는 피드볼트(feed screw)와, 상기 피드볼트를 구동하기 위한 피드모터(feed motor)와, 상기 헤드장치의 양측에 서로 평행하게 배치되고 상기 헤드장치를 가이드하는 제 1 가이드 샤프트(first guide shaft) 및 제 2 가이드 샤프트(second guide shaft)를 포함하는 기록매체 구동장치(recording medium driving apparatus)의 경사조정방법(tilt adjusting method)에 있어서,상기 경사조정방법은,(ⅰ) 기록매체가 장착된 턴테이블의 표면상에, 상기 표면과 평행한 평면 거울(flat mirror)을 포함하는 반사기판(reflective substrate)을 설치하는 단계와,(ⅱ) 광학적으로 평평한 표면(optically flat surface) 및 상기 광학적으로 평평한 표면과 평행한 세 개의 장착면(mounting surface)을 가지는 광학 평면 기판(optically flat substrate)을 포함하는 경사각 조정 지그(skew angle adjusting jig) 및 자동 시준기(auto-collimator)를 사용하는 단계와,(ⅲ) 제 1 단계 및 제 2 단계를 포함하고,상기 경사각 조정 지그의 상기 세 개의 장착면 중 두 개의 장착면이 상기 제 1 가이드 샤프트의 양 말단에 장착되고, 나머지 장착면은 상기 제 2 가이드 샤프트의 한 말단에 장착된 상태로,상기 제 1단계는,상기 자동 시준기로부터의 평행 광선(parallel beam)을 상기 턴테이블에 의해 회전되는 상기 평면 거울 및 상기 광학적으로 평평한 표면상에 수직인 상태로 조사하고,상기 평면 거울로부터 반사된 빛과 상기 광학적으로 평평한 면으로부터 반사된 빛이 상기 자동 시준기로 되돌아가며,상기 제 1 가이드 샤프트의 한 말단의 높이를 기준으로, 상기 제 1 가이드 샤프트의 경사가 반경방향(radial direction)으로 상기 평면 거울의 경사와 일치하도록 상기 제 1 가이드 샤프트의 다른 말단의 높이가 조정되고,다음으로, 상기 제 1 가이드 샤프트의 높이를 기준으로, 상기 제 1 가이드 샤프트의 경사가 기울기 방향으로 상기 평면 거울의 경사와 일치하도록 조정하며,상기 경사각 조정 지그의 상기 세 개의 장착면 중 두 개의 장착면이 상기 제 2 가이드 샤프트의 양단에 장착되고, 나머지 장착면이 상기 제 1 가이드 샤프트의 한 말단에 장착된 상태로,상기 제 2 단계는,상기 자동 시준기로부터의 평행 광선을 상기 턴테이블에 의해 회전되는 상기 평면 거울 및 상기 광학적으로 평평한 표면상에 수직인 상태로 조사하고,상기 평면 거울로부터 반사된 빛과 상기 광학적으로 평평한 표면으로부터 반사된 빛이 자동 시준기로 되돌아가며,상기 제 2 가이드 샤프트의 한 말단의 높이를 기준으로, 상기 제 2 가이드 샤프트의 경사가 반경방향으로 상기 평면 거울의 경사와 일치하도록 상기 제 2 가이드 샤프트의 다른 말단의 높이를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체 구동장치의 경사조정방법.
