Claims (5)
- 엑츄에이터(A)와, 상기 엑츄에이터(A)에 공급되는 유압을 작업여건에 따라 증압하는 증압장치(1)와, 상기 엑츄에이터(A)와 증압장치(1)를 연결하여 유압을 공급 및 제어하는 제1솔레노이드벨브(Sv1)로 구성된 유압프레스에 있어서;상기 증압장치(1)는, 실린더(2)의 내부 중앙을 격벽(3)으로 분리하여 제1압력실(4)과 제2압력실(5)로 분할하고,상기 제1압력실(4)과 제2압력실(5)을 관통하는 하나의 피스톤로드(6)와, 이 피스톤로드(6)를 작동시키는 피스톤헤드(6a)(6b)를 각각 형성하며,상기 제1압력실(4)과 제2압력실(5)에는 전진챔버(4a)(5a)와 후진챔버(4b)(5b)를 각각 형성하되,상기 전진챔버(4a)(5a)와 후진챔버(4b)(5b)에는 전진관로(9a)(9b)와 후진관로(9c)(9d)를 형성하여, 제2솔레노이드밸브(Sv2)와 제3솔레노이드밸브(Sv3)를 통해 압력탱크(P)와 연결하며,상기 실린더(2)의 양측단부에는 상기 실린더(2)의 내경보다 작게 형성된 제1증압실(8)과 제2증압실(8a)를 각각 형성하되, 체크벨브(V1)(V2)를 통해 상기 엑츄에이터(A)와 연통되며,상기 제1증압실(8) 및 제2증압실(8a)과 상기 엑츄에이터(A)를 연결하는 제1연결라인(L1)과 제2연결라인(L2)을 구비하되, 절환밸브(7)를 통해 공급방향을 제어토록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압프레스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제1증압실(8)과 제1압력실(4)을 제2솔레노이드밸브(Sv2)로서 컨트롤할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압프레스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제2압력실(5)과 제2증압실(8a)은 제3솔레노이드밸브(Sv3)로서 컨트롤하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압프레스.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 엑츄에이터(A)의 피스톤로드(A1)에는 다수의 감지공(12)이 관통형성된 원형의 회전반(11)을 밀착하여 축착하고, 상기 회전반(11)의 일측에는 감지센서(13)를 장착하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압프레스.
