Claims (4)
- 전로제강공정에서 정련(취련)된 용강을 전로의 출강구로부터 수강 레이들로 출강하는 전로출강방법에 있어서,총출강시간의 20-80%범위의 시점사이에서 산화도 저감재를 출강구 주위에 투입하여 출강구 주위의 전로 슬래그의 산화도가 10이하가 되도록 하여 레이들내의 슬래그의 산화도를 2.5이하가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로출강방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화도 저감재가 알루미늄 함유 물질이고, 그리고 그 투입량이 슬래그 톤당 1 - 2kg인 것을 특징으로 하는 전로출강방법
- 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 함유 물질이 알루미늄 드로스 또는 알루미늄 조제제인 것을 특징으로 하는 전로출강방법
- 제1항에서 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화도 저감재의 투입은 양 단부가 용기걸이용 후크형태를 갖는 후크부로 이루어지는 하나 또는 다수개의 봉, 이 봉을 슬래그 다트의 로드에 고정시켜주는 고정구, 및 상기 후크부에 걸리도록 이루어지는 걸이부를 구비하고 산화도 저감재를 수용하도록 구성되는 다수개의 산화도 저감재 용기를 포함하여 구성되는 산화도 저감재 투입장치를 이용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로출강방법
