Claims (6)
- 반사전극 및 하부배향막을 구비한 하부기판과 컬러필터 및 상부배향막을 구비한 상부기판이 액정층의 개재하에 대향 배치되며, 상기 상부기판의 외측면 상에 선편광을 원편광으로 변환시키는 위상필름이 부착되며, 상기 위상필름 상에 외부로부터 입사된 자연광을 선편광으로 변환시키는 편광판이 부착된 반사형 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정층의 위상지연값(dΔn)은 0.24∼0.27㎛이며,상기 위상필름은 λ/4 위상보상 기능을 가지면서 광축이 140∼146°이고,상기 상부배향막의 배향각도는 수평라인에 대해 40∼55°이며,상기 하부배향막의 배향각도는 수평라인에 대해 -10∼20°이고,상기 편광판의 투과축은 102∼122.5°인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 트위스트 각이 60°인 트위스트 네마틱 액정들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.

- 반사전극 및 하부배향막을 구비한 하부기판과 컬러필터 및 상부배향막을 구비한 상부기판이 액정층의 개재하에 대향 배치되며, 상기 상부기판의 외측면 상에 선편광을 원편광으로 변환시키는 위상필름이 부착되며, 상기 위상필름 상에 외부로부터 입사된 자연광을 선편광으로 변환시키는 편광판이 부착된 반사형 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정층의 위상지연값(dΔn)은 0.17∼0.21㎛이며,상기 위상필름은 λ/4 위상보상 기능을 가지면서 광축이 135∼145°이고,상기 상부배향막의 배향각도는 수평라인에 대해 50∼56°이며,상기 하부배향막의 배향각도는 수평라인에 대해 0∼10°이고,상기 편광판의 투과축은 62∼66°인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 트위스트 각이 53°인 트위스트 네마틱 액정들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
