Description
Claims (12)
- 블랙매트릭스와 칼라필터가 형성된 상부기판;상기 상부기판으로부터 일정한 셀 갭으로 이격되어 형성된 하부기판;상기 하부기판상에 형성된 게이트전극;상기 게이트전극과 수직교차하여 게이트절연층의 양쪽 측부에 형성된 데이터신호선;상기 게이트전극과 데이터신호선이 이루는 공간에 형성되는 화소개구부영역;상기 결과물의 상부에 형성된 레진막; 및상기 레진막의 상부에 형성된 반사전극을 포함하여 구성되며,상기 게이트전극에서 연장되어 상기 화소개구부영역 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 게이트전극연장부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극연장부는 상기 게이트전극과 동일한 금속으로 동일한 층에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극과 상기 게이트전극연장부는 금속반사를 위한 스토리지 캐패시터용의 하부금속으로 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극 및 상기 게이트전극연장부는 인접한 다른 게이트전극 및 게이트전극연장부로부터 일정 간격으로 이격되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소오스/드레인전극을 확장하여 형성된 소오스/드레인전극연장부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극연장부는 3∼5㎛ 의 홈간격을 갖는 요철형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 블랙매트릭스와 칼라필터가 형성된 상부기판을 제공하는 단계;상기 상부기판으로부터 일정한 셀 갭으로 이격되어 형성된 하부기판을 제공하는 단계;상기 하부기판상에 게이트전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 게이트전극과 수직교차하여 게이트절연층의 양쪽 측부에 데이터신호선을 형성하는 단계;상기 게이트전극과 데이터신호선이 이루는 공간에 화소개구부영역을 형성하는 단계;상기 결과물의 상부에 레진막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 레진막의 상부에 반사전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 게이트전극으로 부터 연장하여 상기 화소개구부영역 전체에 걸쳐 게이트전극연장부를 형성하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극연장부는 상기 게이트전극과 동일한 금속으로 동일한 층에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극과 상기 게이트전극연장부는 금속반사를 위한 스토리지 캐패시터용의 하부금속으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극 및 상기 게이트전극연장부는 인접한 다른 게이트전극 및 게이트전극연장부로 부터 일정 간격으로 이격시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 소오스/드레인전극을 확장하여 소오스/드레인전극연장부를 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극연장부는 3∼5㎛ 의 홈간격을 갖는 요철형태로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
