Abstract
Description
또한, CO2 냉매와 같이 분자량이 작은 압축시에 종래의 프론 냉매와 비교하여 고압력차를 발생하는 냉매를 사용하는 경우에, 특히 미소 간극으로부터의 누설은 성능 저하를 발생시키는 문제가 있다.
또한, 상기 요동 스크롤의 편심 회전 운동에 따른 언밸런스를 맞추는 밸런서를, 상기 압축부의 양측에 배설시킨 것이다.
Claims (13)
- 밀폐 용기 내에 마련되고, 요동 기판의 양면에 거의 대칭적으로 와권치를 형성함과 함께, 중심부에 주축이 관통하는 요동 스크롤과,상기 요동 스크롤의 양면에 배설되고 상기 주축을 상기 요동 스크롤의 양측에서 축받이로 지지하여 상기 각 와권치와 대응하여 각각 압축실을 형성하는 와권치를 갖는 한 쌍의 고정 스크롤로 이루어지는 압축부, 및상기 밀폐 용기 내에 마련되고, 상기 주축을 구동하는 모터를 구비하고,상기 주축은 상기 요동 스크롤 및 고정 스크롤을 관통하는 부분에 노치부를 가지며,또한, 상기 요동 스크롤의 내주면과의 사이에 감합됨과 함께, 상기 주축의 상기 노치부가 감합 상태로 관통하는 편심구멍을 같는 슬라이더를 구비하고,상기 슬라이더의 편심구멍은 상기 주축의 상기 노치부에 대응하는 평탄한 슬라이드면을 가지며, 상기 슬라이더는 상기 슬라이드면에 의해 상기 주축의 길이 방향과 직교하는 방향으로 슬라이드할 수 있도록 이루어지며,상기 밀폐 용기를 수직으로 설치하고, 상기 압축부를 상기 밀폐 용기 내의 하부에 배설하고, 상기 모터를 상기 밀폐 용기 내의 상부에 배설함과 함께,상기 압축부의 하방의 밀폐 용기 내에 윤활유 저장실을 형성하고,상기 윤활유 저장실로부터 윤활유를 퍼 올리는 급유 펌프를 상기 주축의 하단에 장착하며,상기 압축부에 의해 상기 밀폐 용기 내를 모터부와 윤활유 저장실로 구획하고, 흡입관을 모터부에 마련하고, 토출관을 상기 압축부에 마련함과 함께,상기 급유 펌프에 연통하고, 상기 주축 내를 경유하여 상측 고정 스크롤 축받이에 개구하고, 요동 스크롤 축받이, 하측 고정 스크롤 축받이를 통과하여 상기 윤활유 저장실에 이르는 급유 경로를 형성하고,상기 압축부에, 모터부와 윤활유 저장실을 연통하는 통로를 마련하고, 이 통로의 윤활유 저장실측 개구부에 윤활유의 역류를 방지하는 체크 밸브를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
