Claims (5)
- 스위칭 소자로서 적어도 하나의 제1 트랜지스터를 포함하는 인버터 회로에 있어서,상기 제1 트랜지스터가 턴온 상태에 있을 때 상기 제1 트랜지스터에 모니터 전류를 제공하는 모니터 전류 공급부;상기 제1 트랜지스터의 턴온 상태에서 도통되는 단자들간의 단자 전압을 상기 모니터 전류를 기초로 측정하고, 상기 단자 전압을 소정의 기준 전압과 비교하여 비교 결과에 기초하여 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 스위칭 단자에 스위칭 신호를 제공하는 스위칭 제어부;일단이 상기 스위칭 제어부와 상기 스위칭 단자 사이의 노드로부터 분기된 지로에 직렬 연결되어 상기 스위칭 신호의 고주파 성분을 바이패스하는 캐패시터; 및상기 캐패시터의 타단에 연결되어 상기 고주파 성분에 의해 스위칭되고, 턴온시 상기 모니터 전류를 바이패스할 수 있도록 구성되는 제2 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모니터 전류 공급부는,일정한 전류를 제공하는 전류원과; 풀업 저항과 직렬로 연결되는 전압원을 포함하고,상기 전류원과 상기 전압원으로부터 상기 모니터 전류를 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 모니터 전류 공급부는 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 턴온시 도통되는 단자 중 하나에 캐소드 단자가 연결되는 다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 제어부는 상기 다이오드의 애노드 단자에 연결되는 직렬 노드의 전압을 측정하여 상기 단자 전압을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 회로.
