Claims (15)
- 장척(長尺)형의 수지 필름을 연속적으로 제조할 때, 이동하는 수지 필름의 표면에 근접하거나 또는 맞닿아서 상기 수지 필름의 주행을 안내하는 굴대(mandrel)로서,개구부를 가지는 굴대 본체와,상기 개구부에 장착된, 복수개의 구멍부를 가지는 탄성 부재로 이루어져서, 수지 필름 측으로 돌출·후퇴 가능한 안내부와,상기 안내부와 상기 굴대 본체로 내부 공간을 형성하고, 상기 내부 공간 측으로부터 상기 구멍부를 통하여 유체를 삼출(渗出, exudation)하도록, 상기 내부 공간에 유체 삼출 수단을 포함하는 굴대
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안내부를 다공질체로 구성함으로써 복수개의 상기 구멍부가 형성되어 있는, 굴대.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부 공간에 상기 유체 삼출 수단을 구성하는 유체 저류부가 설치되어 있고, 상기 안내부의 돌출·후퇴 변형을, 상기 유체 저류부에 저장된 유체의 압력 조절에 의해 제어하는, 굴대.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 유체를 상기 유체 저류부에 공급하거나, 또는, 상기 유체를 상기 유체 저류부로부터 배출하는 유체 공급부를 상기 굴대 본체에 구비하고 있고,상기 유체 저류부를, 칸막이 벽에 의해, 상기 유체 공급부와 연통하는 제1 공간과, 상기 안내부의 구멍부와 연통하는 제2 공간으로 나누고, 상기 칸막이 벽에, 상기 제1 공간과 상기 제2 공간을 연통시키는 연통부가 상기 칸막이 벽의 연장 방향을 따라 설치되어 있는, 굴대.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안내부와 상기 굴대 본체가 접속되는 접속 부위에서, 상기 굴대 본체에 서로 평행으로 형성된 제1 유지부와 제2 유지부에 의하여, 상기 안내부의 둘레부가 협지되어 상기 굴대 본체와 상기 안내부가 접속되어 있는, 굴대.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 굴대 본체 측과 상기 안내부에 걸쳐서, 상기 안내부가 소정량을 넘어서 돌출 변형되는 것을 규제하는 변형 규제부를 구비한, 굴대.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안내부를 가열시키거나 또는 냉각시키는 온도 조절 장치를 더 구비한, 굴대.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안내부가 원통형의 외주면 또는 원통형의 내주면을 구성하도록 상기 굴대 본체에 장착되어 있는, 굴대.
- 가열 압출기의 꼭지쇠로부터 관형으로 압출된 열가소성 수지를 관형 수지 필름으로 성형하는 성형부와,성형된 상기 관형 수지 필름을 냉각시키는 냉각부와,냉각된 상기 관형 수지 필름을 일정 속도로 받아들이는 반송부와,냉각된 상기 관형 수지 필름의 형상을 유지하는 유지부중에서 적어도 어느 하나의 부위에 제1항에 기재된 굴대를 사용하는, 관형 수지 필름의 압출 성형 장치.
- 관형 수지 필름 반송하는 반송부와,상기 관형 수지 필름을 가열시키는 가열부와,가열된 상기 관형 수지 필름을 연신(延伸)하는 연신부와,연신된 상기 관형 수지 필름을 냉각시키는 냉각부와,연신된 상기 관형 수지 필름의 형상을 유지하는 유지부중에서 적어도 어느 하나의 부위에 제1항에 기재된 굴대를 사용하는, 관형 수지 필름의 연신 장치.
- 성형된 관형 수지 필름을 절단하는 절단 부재와, 제1항에 기재된 굴대를 구비하는, 관형 수지 필름의 절단 장치.
- 가열 용융된 열가소성 수지를 가열 압출기의 꼭지쇠로부터 관형으로 압출한 후,상기 열가소성 수지를 관형 수지 필름으로 성형하는 성형 공정과,성형된 상기 관형 수지 필름을 냉각시키는 냉각 공정과,냉각된 상기 관형 수지 필름을 일정 속도로 받아들이는 반송 공정과,냉각된 상기 관형 수지 필름의 형상을 유지하는 유지 공정을 포함하는 관형 수지 필름의 압출 성형 방법으로서,상기 공정 중 적어도 어느 하나의 공정에 제1항에 기재된 굴대를 사용하는, 관형 수지 필름의 압출 성형 방법.
- 관형 수지 필름을 반송하는 반송 공정과,관형 수지 필름을 가열시키는 가열 공정과,관형 수지 필름을 연신하는 연신 공정과,연신 후의 관형 수지 필름을 냉각시키는 냉각 공정을 포함하는 관형 수지 필름의 연신 방법으로서,상기 공정 중 적어도 어느 하나의 공정에 제1항에 기재된 굴대를 사용하는, 관형 수지 필름의 연신 방법.
- 성형된 관형 수지 필름을 절단 부재에 의해 평면형으로 절단하여 전개하는 절단 공정에 앞서,제1항에 기재된 굴대를, 성형된 상기 관형 수지 필름의 내측에 배치하여, 그 내경 이하의 직경으로부터 소정의 직경으로 확장하고, 상기 유체를 통하여 관형 수지 필름에 근접시키거나 또는 접촉시키면서 관형 수지 필름의 형상을 유지하는 유지 공정을 가지는, 관형 수지 필름의 절단 방법.
