Claims (9)
- 하부 기판 상에 형성되는 게이트라인과;상기 게이트라인과 제 1절연막을 사이에 두고 상기 게이트라인과 교차되는 방향으로 형성되는 데이터라인과;상기 게이트라인과 데이터라인의 교차부의 화소영역 마다 형성되는 화소전극들과;상기 화소전극들과 제 2절연막을 사이에 두고 상기 화소영역들을 덮도록 형성되는 공통전극과;상기 공통전극과 상기 데이터라인의 중첩되는 부분에 위치되고 상기 제 2절연막이 노출되도록 상기 공통전극에 형성되는 홀을 구비하며;상기 홀은 상기 데이터라인 보다 좁은 폭으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화소영역에는 상기 게이트라인, 데이터라인 및 화소전극과 접속되는 박막 트랜지스터가 형성되며, 상기 홀은 상기 박막 트랜지스터들의 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 홀의 폭은 상기 데이터라인의 폭보다 1㎛ 이하의 좁은 폭으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 데이터라인의 양측 가장자리는 적어도 1㎛씩 상기 공통전극과 중첩되고, 상기 데이터라인의 중심부는 상기 홀과 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화소전극과 중첩되는 부분에서 상기 공통전극에는 적어도 하나 이상의 슬릿 홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부 기판과 대향되게 위치되는 상부 기판과,상기 상부기판과 상기 하부 기판 사이에 주입되어 상기 공통전극과 상기 화소전극 사이의 프린지 필드에 의하여 구동되는 액정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 절연막을 사이에 두고 위치되는 화소전극들 및 공통전극과,상기 화소전극으로 데이터신호를 공급하기 위한 데이터전극을 구비하며,상기 공통전극과 상기 데이터전극의 중첩부분에는 상기 데이터전극의 폭보다 좁은 폭으로 설정되는 적어도 하나의 홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
