Claims (10)
- 원하는 패턴에 따라서 기판상에 배열되는 적어도 두 개의 전자 발광 요소(electroluminescent element)를 갖는 전자 발광 디바이스로서, 각각의 요소는 제1 및 제2 전극 층과 그 사이에 배치된 전자 발광 층을 포함하고, 상기 디바이스는, 상기 기판으로부터 돌출하고 상기 원하는 패턴에 따라서 상기 전자 발광 층이 얻어질 수 있는 리퀴드 층(liquid layer)을 저장하기 위한 봉입 영역(enclosure area)을 형성하는 절연 물질로된 파티셔닝 립(partitioning rib)을 포함하는 파티셔닝 릴리프 패턴(partitioning relief pattern)을 포함하는, 전자 발광 디바이스에 있어서,인접 전자 발광 요소를 분리하는 파티셔닝 릴리프 요소는 상기 파티셔닝 립 사이의 영역안에 중간 홈을 갖는 적어도 두 개의 상기 파티셔닝 립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한 쌍의 립을 형성하는 두 개의 파티셔닝 립 사이의 상기 영역안의 상기 홈 안에, 많아야 한 개의 전극 층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파티셔닝 릴리프 요소는 오버행잉 섹션(overhanging section)을 갖는 섀도잉 립(shadowing rib)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 섀도잉 립은 상기 파티셔닝 립중 하나 위에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 파티셔닝 릴리프 요소는 3개의 파티셔닝 립을 포함하고, 반면에 상기 섀도잉 립은 상기 중앙 파티셔닝 립상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스.
- 적어도 두 개의 전자 발광 요소를 갖는 전자 발광 디바이스를 제조하는 방법으로,기판상에 원하는 패턴에 따라서 제1 전극 층을 제공하는 단계와;상기 기판으로부터 돌출하고 전자 발광 층이 얻어질 수 있는 리퀴드 층을 저장하기 위하여 원하는 패턴에 따라서 봉입 영역을 형성하는 파티셔닝 립을 포함하는 파티셔닝 릴리프 패턴을 제공하는 단계와;상기 파티셔닝 릴리프 패턴의 상기 봉입 영역안에 리퀴드 층을 증착하는 단계와;상기 리퀴드 층을 전자 발광 층으로 변환하는 단계와;상기 전자 발광 층상에 원하는 패턴에 따라서 제2 전극 층을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는데,상기 방법은 인접 전자 발광 요소사이의 파티셔닝 요소는 중간 홈을 갖는 적 어도 두 개의 파티셔닝 립으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 한쌍의 립중 두 개의 인접 파티셔닝 립 사이에 상기 홈의 영역안에 많아야 한 개의 전극 층을 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전자 발광 디바이스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 오버행잉 섹션을 포함하는 섀도잉 립을 갖는 상기 파티셔닝 요소를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 파티셔닝 립중 하나상에 상기 섀도잉 립을 배열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 적어도 세 개의 파티셔닝 립을 갖는 상기 파티셔닝 요소를 형성하고 상기 중간의 파티셔닝 립상에 상기 새도잉 립을 배열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 발광 디바이스를 제조하는 방법.
