Claims (7)
- 연소로의 하부 측에 집적되도록 바텀 애쉬가 발생되고, 상기 연소로로부터 연장되는 연도를 통해 배기가스와 함께 플라이 애쉬가 배출되며, 상기 플라이 애쉬는 상기 연도 상의 집진기에 포집되는 화력 발전소 시스템에서 환경 오염물의 발생을 방지시키는 시스템으로,상기 연소로로부터 취출되는 상기 바텀 애쉬를 공급받아 내부 수용된 물과 반응시켜 강알칼리수를 생성하는 제1 수침조;상기 집진기 후방의 상기 연도 상에 구비되어 상기 제1 수침조로부터 공급되는 상기 강알칼리수를 내부 수용하고 통과되는 상기 배기가스 중에 함유된 상기 이산화탄소를 제거하는 제거 반응조;상기 제거 반응조 내에서의 제거 반응에 따라 생성되는 슬러지를 공급받아 저장하는 슬러지 저장조;상기 강알칼리수의 생성에 따라 중화된 후 상기 제1 수침조 내에 잔류되는 바텀 애쉬 골재를 공급받아 저장하는 제1 골재 저장조; 및상기 집진기로부터 취출되는 상기 플라이 애쉬를 공급받아 내부 수용된 물과 반응시켜 강알칼리수를 생성하여 상기 제거 반응조로 공급하는 제2 수침조를 포함하는 화력 발전소의 환경 오염물 발생 방지 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강알칼리수의 생성에 따라 중화된 후 상기 제2 수침조에 잔류되는 플라이 애쉬 골재를 공급받아 저장하는 제2 골재 저장조를 더욱 포함하는 화력 발전소의 환경 오염물 발생 방지 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 수침조 및 상기 제2 수침조에서 생성된 상기 강알칼리수는 공급관을 통해 상기 제거 반응조로 공급되되,상기 공급관 상에 구비되어 상기 제1 수침조 또는 상기 제2 수침조로부터 상기 제거 반응조로의 상기 강알칼리수의 공급을 선택적으로 개폐 및 조절하는 밸브 수단; 을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화력 발전소의 환경 오염물 발생 방지 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 수침조 및 상기 제2 수침조는,내부 투입된 상기 바텀 애쉬 및 상기 플라이 애쉬에 반복적인 충격을 가해 상기 강알칼리수의 생성을 위한 생석회 성분을 적출시키는 충격 부여 수단; 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화력 발전소의 환경 오염물 발생 방지 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제거 반응조는,상기 강알칼리수와 상기 배기가스 간의 접촉률을 향상시키는 접촉률 향상 수단; 을 구비하되,상기 접촉률 향상 수단은,상기 강알칼리수를 회전시키는 회전 수단, 상기 강알칼리수를 교반시키는 교반 수단, 상기 배기가스를 세분화시켜 분사하는 가스 세분 수단, 상기 배기가스를 에어레이션시켜 분사하는 폭기 수단 중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화력 발전소의 환경 오염물 발생 방지 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 골재 저장조 및 상기 제2 골재 저장조는,내부 저장된 골재를 외부 인출하기 위한 골재 인출구; 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화력 발전소의 환경 오염물 발생 방지 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 슬러지 저장조는,내부 저장된 슬러지 상태 또는 건조된 상태의 슬러지를 외부 인출하기 위한 슬러지 인출구; 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화력 발전소의 환경 오염물 발생 방지 시스템.
