Claims (4)
- 라인 빔 발생 광학계에 있어서,광원으로부터 입사한 광을 제1 방향으로 발산시키는 제1 렌즈;상기 제1 방향으로 발산된 광을 상기 제1 방향과 수직한 제2 방향으로 수렴시키는 제2 렌즈; 및상기 제2 방향으로 수렴된 광을 상기 제1 방향으로 시준(collimate)하여 상기 제1 방향으로 평행한 라인 빔을 형성하는 제3 렌즈를 포함하되,상기 제1 방향으로 평행한 것은, 상기 제1 방향에 대해서 제3렌즈에서 출사된 빔의 간격이 일정함을 의미하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 빔 조명 광학계.
- 라인 빔 발생 광학계에 있어서,광원으로부터 입사한 광을 제2 방향으로 수렴시키는 제2 렌즈;상기 제2 방향으로 수렴된 광을 상기 제2 방향과 수직인 제1 방향으로 발산시키는 제1 렌즈; 및상기 제1 방향으로 발산된 광을 상기 제1 방향으로 시준(collimate)하여 상기 제1 방향으로 평행한 라인 빔을 형성하는 제3 렌즈를 포함하되,상기 제1 방향으로 평행한 것은, 상기 제1 방향에 대해서 제3렌즈에서 출사된 빔의 간격이 일정함을 의미하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 빔 조명 광학계.
