Claims (13)
- 회전축, 상기 회전축이 부싱을 통하여 중앙에 지지된 로터 및 스테이터로 이루어지는 모터의 회전축을 회전 가능하게 지지하기 위한 축지지장치에 있어서,상기 스테이터의 코일을 지지하는 스테이터 지지판의 중앙으로부터 상기 로터의 중앙으로 돌출되며 상기 회전축의 하단이 삽입되는 요홈을 갖는 보스와;상기 보스 요홈의 바닥에 삽입 설치되어 회전축 하단을 지지하는 베어링 시트와;상기 보스 요홈의 내주부에 설치되어 회전축의 외주면을 지지하는 슬리브 베어링과;상기 보스 요홈에 충전되어 있는 오일과;상기 보스의 상단에 결합되어 슬리브 베어링의 이탈과 오일의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 캡을 포함하며,상기 부싱의 하단은 상기 캡의 내주부로 연장 형성되며, 상기 부싱의 하단과 회전축의 외주부 사이에 회전축을 따라 누설되는 오일을 보스 요홈으로 리턴시키기 위한 오일 리턴 요홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 축지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오일 리턴 요홈은 상측으로 올라갈수록 직경이 좁아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브 베어링은 상기 베어링 시트로부터 회전축 하단의 반구면 부분보다 높은 위치에 설치되어 회전축의 반구면이 슬리브 베어링과 접촉하지 않도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축지지장치.
