Claims (24)
- 고체 화학약품 공급 시스템에 있어서,액체내에 잠길 때 용해되어 액체 용액을 형성하는 다량의 고체 화학약품을 각각 수용하는 적어도 2개의 공급 보울과,상기 각각의 공급 보울내에 수용된 고체 화학약품으로의 액체의 도입을 개별적으로 제어하기 위해 상기 공급 보울에 결합된 밸브 시스템과,상기 각각의 공급 보울로부터 액체 용액을 수납하고 소정 레벨로 상기 액체 용액을 수용하는 집수부와,상기 수용된 액체 용액과 연통하도록 상기 집수부에 의해 지지되며, 상기 액체 용액의 도전율을 검출하여 그러한 특성의 검출에 응답하여 신호를 발생시키는 센서와,상기 신호에 응답하여, 하나의 공급 보울로부터 다른 공급 보울로의 액체의 도입을 교대로 전환시키도록 상기 밸브 시스템을 제어하는 제어 유닛을 포함하는고체 화학약품 공급 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어 유닛은 상기 센서가 상기 소정의 특성을 검출한 이후에 일정 시간 간격 동안에 상기 밸브 시스템의 작동을 지연시키기 위한 시간 제어기를 포함하는고체 화학약품 공급 시스템.
