Description
Claims (10)
- 피측정자의 골격의 균형력 측정 방법에 있어서,a) 피측정자의 상기 골격의 방사선 화상을 상기 골격의 관절의 회전축과 직각을 이루는 면을 촬영하여 준비하는 단계,b) 상기 방사선 화상에서 신체의 중력 전체 축(5)의 위치를 동시에 결정하는 단계,c) 상기 방사선 화상에서 서로 관절로 연결된 골격 세그멘트를 선택하고, 상기 골격 세그멘트의 위치 및 상기 관절의 위치를 확인하며, 대응하는 신체 세그멘트의 중량을 각각의 세그멘트에 할당하는 단계,d) 피측정자의 상기 골격의 균형을 잡는 주장근(main tensor muscle)의 방향 및 고정 포인트를 상기 방사선 화상에서 확인하는 단계, 및e) 상기 주장근에 의하여 가해진 복원력의 강도를, 상기 세그멘트의 하단 관절 주위의 각각의 세그멘트에 가해진 중력 힘의 회전 모멘트를 보정한다는 가정 하에, 계산에 의해 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 골격 균형력 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,각 세그멘트를 하단 관절 상에 지탱시키는 지탱력도 또한, 상기 세그멘트에 가해진 중력과 복원력의 합력과 동일한 것으로 가정하여, 계산에 의해 결정되는 것 을 특징으로 하는 골격 균형력 측정 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,- 다음 세그멘트, 즉 두부(S1), 목뼈 세그멘트(S2), 등뼈 세그멘트(S3), 허리뼈 세그멘트(S4), 골반 세그멘트(S5), 대퇴골(S6) 중 일부 또는 전부가 관절 세그멘트로 선택되고,- 균형을 잡기 위하여, 횡방향 및 중간 주동근, 길항근이 균형을 잡는 주장근으로 사용되며, 균형을 잡는 데 관련된 이들 근육은 등뼈-골반 복합 자세의 함수로서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격 균형력 측정 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,피측정자는 안정적인 균형 잡힌 위치로 위치되고,미리 정해진 시간 동안의 중력의 전체 축(5)의 연속적인 위치는 초당 하나 이상의 획득 주파수로 기억되며,상기 기억된 위치 세트는 타원형의 위치 클라우드를 구성하고,상기 위치 클라우드를 둘러싸는 분산 타원이 결정되며,상기 분산 타원에 위치된 중력의 전체 축(5)에 대응하는 방사선 화상이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격 균형력 측정 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 복원력 또는 지탱력의 측정 오차는 상기 분산 타원의 함수로서 계산에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격 균형력 측정 방법.
- 골격 균형력의 측정 장치에 있어서,- X선 소스(1) 및 상기 X선에 민감한 타깃 플레이트(2)용 지탱 수단,- 피측정자(4)를 상기 X선 소스와 상기 타깃 플레이트(2)용 지탱 수단 사이의 고정 위치에 지탱하고, 상기 피측정자(4)의 중력 전체 축의 수평 위치(Og)의 화상 위치 신호를 발생시키는 구조를 갖는 피측정자 지탱 플레이트(3),- 적합한 메모리에 기억될 디지털화된 방사선 화상을 생성하기 위하여, 상기 타깃 플레이트 상의 피측정자의 방사선 화상을 디지털화된시키는 수단(20),- 상기 타깃 플레이트(2) 상의 중력 전체 축(5)에 의하여 던져진, 그림자(Hg)의 디지털화된 화상을 상기 피측정자의 상기 디지털화된 방사선 화상에 중첩시키는 수단(21),- 상기 디지털화된 방사선 화상에서, 관절로 연결된 골격 세그멘트 및 이들의 관절과, 상기 균형을 잡는 주장근의 고정 포인트를 선택하는 수단(22), 및- 상기 균형을 잡는 주장근에 의하여 가해진 복원력의 강도를, 상기 세그멘트의 하단 관절 주위의 각 세그멘트에 가해진 중력 힘의 회전 모멘트를 보정하는 것으로 가정하여, 계산하는 연산 수단(21) 및 프로그램을 포함하는 골격 균형력 측정 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,피측정자가 안정적인 위치에 있을 때, 상기 피측정자의 중력 전체 축(5)의 수평-위치 분산 타원의 치수에 의하여 피측정자의 수직 자세에서의 편차를 측정하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격 균형력 측정 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 프로그램은- 오퍼레이터는 상기 균형을 잡는 주장근의 관절, 세그멘트 및 고정 포인트의 위치를 상기 방사선 화상에서 찾아내는 획득 순서,- 상기 피측정자의 상기 방사선 화상을 디지털화하는 수단(20)이 상기 오퍼레이터에 의하여 찾아 내어진 위치를 메모리 내에 기억시키는 획득 순서중 하나 이상의 순서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격 균형력 측정 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 프로그램은- 오퍼레이터는 상기 디지털화된 방사선 화상을 화면 상에 표시하는 획득 순서,- 입출력 장치에 의하여, 오퍼레이터는 상기 디지털화된 방사선 화상에서 상기 균형을 잡는 주장근의 관절, 세그멘트 및 고정 포인트의 위치를 찾아 내는 획득 순서, 및- 상기 프로그램이 오퍼레이터에 의하여 정해진 포인트의 좌표를 기억시키는 획득 순서중 하나 이상의 순서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격 균형력 측정 장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 프로그램은 근력 및 접촉력의 계산 오차의 마진을 계산하기 위하여, 중력 전체 축(5)의 수평-위치 분산 타원의 치수를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격 균형력 측정 장치.
