Claims (11)
- 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치로서,각각이 플렉시블 태양전지로 이루어진 복수의 차양판;상기 복수의 차양판에 포함된 각각의 태양전지를 전기적으로 차례대로 연결하기 위한 전기선; 및상기 전기선으로부터 전기를 인출하기 위한 출력선을 포함하되,상기 태양전지는,제1전극,상기 제1전극에 대향하는 제2전극,상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극 사이에 삽입된 전해질층 및 상기 제2전극에 상기 차양판의 길이방향과 나란한 금속박막을 포함하되 상기 전기선이 상기 금속박막과 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극은 반도체 전극이고, 상기 제2전극은 투명전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극은 외측에 금속판이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속박막은 구리, 아연, 알루미늄 또는 전도성 카본 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기선은 상기 복수의 차양판을 전기적으로 직렬로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력선은 상기 복수의 차양판을 조절하기 위한 조절용 선의 기능을 수행하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치.
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 및 제7항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 차양판은 지면에 대해 수평으로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치.
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 및 제7항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 차양판은 지면에 대해 수직으로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 태양전지를 이용한 차양 장치.
