Claims (8)
- 재생제어부를 구비하되, 상기 재생제어부는 연료가 배기정화촉매에 공급되는 가열제어를 통해 상기 배기정화촉매의 재생을 제어함으로써, 상기 촉매의 층 온도를 높이는 차량의 내연기관용 배기정화장치에 있어서,상기 차량이 다운힐(downhill) 주행 중인 지의 여부를 판정하는 판정부를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 재생제어부는, 상기 판정부가 상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이라고 판정하는 경우에 상기 가열제어를 보류하되,상기 재생제어부는, 상기 판정부가 소정의 시간 동안 연속해서 상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이라고 판정하는 경우에만 상기 가열제어를 보류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 판정부는, 엔진의 연료분사밸브에 의해 분사되는 연료량이 소정량보다 적거나 같고, 차량속도가 소정의 속도보다 빠르거나 같은 경우에 상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이라고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기정화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 판정부는, 상기 연료분사밸브에 의한 연료 분사가 보류되는 연료차단제어가 실행되고 있는 경우에 상기 연료분사밸브에 의해 분사되는 연료량이 상기 소정량보다 적거나 같다고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기정화장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이라는 상기 판정부의 판정으로 인해 상기 가열제어가 보류되는 동안, 상기 판정부가 상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이 아니라고 판정하면 상기 재생제어부가 상기 가열제어를 재개하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기정화장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 재생제어부는, 상기 판정부가 소정의 시간 동안 연속해서 상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이 아니라고 판정하는 경우에만 상기 가열제어를 재개하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기정화장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 가열제어는, 상기 배기정화촉매로 공급되는 연료량이 비교적 적은 제1가열제어, 및 상기 배기정화촉매로 공급되는 연료량이 비교적 많은 제2가열제어를 포함하고, 상기 재생제어부는 상기 판정부가 상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이라고 판정하는 경우에 적어도 상기 제2가열제어를 보류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기정화장치.
- 차량의 내연기관용 배기정화방법에 있어서,연료를 배기정화촉매에 공급하여 상기 촉매의 층 온도를 높임으로써, 상기 배기정화촉매를 재생시키는 단계;상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중인 지의 여부를 판정하는 단계; 및상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이라고 판정되는 경우, 상기 배기정화촉매로의 연료공급을 보류하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 차량이 다운힐 주행 중이라고 소정 시간 동안 연속하여 판정될 경우에만 상기 배기정화촉매로의 연료 공급이 보류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기정화방법.
