Claims (4)
- 3상 4선식 배전선로를 차단하거나 투입하는 메인차단기와 상기 메인차단기로 분지된 각 상전원을 차단하거나 투입하는 서브차단기가 설치되어 부하측에 전원을 공급하는 서지보호시스템에 있어서:상기 메인차단기는각 상전원을 함께 차단하거나 투입하는 제1스위치;중성선을 차단하거나 투입하는 제2스위치;차단시에 상기 제1스위치가 차단된 후 제1지연시간이 경과된 후 상기 제2스위가 차단되도록 하고, 투입시에는 상기 제2스위치가 투입된 후 제2지연시간이 경과된 후 상기 제1스위치가 투입되도록 하는 콘트롤러를 포함하고,상기 서브차단기는상기 서브차단기에 연결된 상전원선을 차단하거나 투입하는 제3스위치;중성선을 차단하거나 투입하는 제4스위치;차단시에 상기 제3스위치가 차단된 후 제3지연시간이 경과된 후 상기 제4스위가 차단되도록 하고, 투입시에는 상기 제4스위치가 투입된 후 제4지연시간이 경과된 후 상기 제3스위치가 투입되도록 하는 서브콘트롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호시스템.
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 제2지연시간은 상기 제1지연시간보다 크고, 상기 제4지 연시간은 상기 제3지연시간보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호시스템.
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 R, S, T, N 선에는 변류기가 설치되고, 상기 변류기로부터 검출되는 전류는 제 1 전류- 전압 변환기(I-V 컨버터)에서 전압으로 변환되어 상기 콘트롤러에 입력되고, 상기 콘트롤러는 입력된 전압이 기설정된 전압 보다 큰 경우에 과전류로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호시스템.
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 R, S, T선에는 영상 변류기가 설치되고, 상기 영상 변류기로부터 검출되는 전류는 제 2 전류- 전압 변환기(I-V 컨버터)에서 전압으로 변환되어 상기 콘트롤러에 입력되고, 상기 콘트롤러는 입력된 전압이 기설정된 전압 보다 큰 경우에 과도 전류로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호시스템.
