Claims (5)
- 온수 발생기로부터 공급된 온수를 다수의 분기관으로 공급하는 공급부와, 다수의 취합관에 연결되어 온수를 환수하는 환수부와, 상기 공급부와 환수부를 지지하는 지지대를 포함하는 온수 분배기에 있어서,상기 각각의 분기관으로 공급되는 온수의 유량을 조절할 수 있는 유량조절밸브가 상기 각각의 취합관에 설치되고,상기 유량조절밸브는, 양측으로 유입구와 유출구가 형성되고, 상부가 개방되어 있으며, 내부에는 통과공이 형성되어 있는 몸체;상기 몸체의 개방된 상부에 체결되고, 외면 일측에 오링이 삽입되며, 내면에 암나사가 형성된 지지체;상기 지지체의 암나사와 결합하는 제1 수나사가 외면에 형성되고, 하단에는 상기 통과공을 개폐하는 디스크가 형성되며, 외면 일측에 오링이 삽입되고, 상단에는 단면이 다각형인 걸림부가 형성되며, 상기 걸림부의 하부에는 체결홈이 형성된 개폐축; 및상기 개폐축의 걸림부가 삽입되는 걸림홈이 하면에 형성되고, 상기 걸림홈의 주위에 형성된 연결구에는 상기 체결홈에 결합되는 체결돌기가 형성된 조절구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 분배기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지대에는 돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 분배기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 개폐축의 제1 수나사의 상부에 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1 수나사와 반대방향으로 나사산이 형성된 제2 수나사;상기 제2 수나사와 결합하는 암나사가 내면에 형성되고, 외면에 표시바늘이 형성된 표시부; 및상기 지지체에 하단이 삽입되고, 상기 표시바늘이 통과하는 절개부가 형성된 눈금부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 분배기.
