Claims (7)
- 안착홈이 형성된 헤드부 및 헤드부의 하부로 연장되는 나사부를 구비한 나사못과,볼록한 구형으로 된 외주면을 갖는 측벽, 상기 측벽의 일측이 제거된 절개부 및 상기 측벽의 내주면에 돌출 형성된 걸림 돌기를 구비한 축받이 링과,상하로 개구되고 내주면이 상기 측벽의 외주면과 정합하는 오목한 구형으로 된 잠금홀이 복수개 형성된 골고정용 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 축받이 링은 나사못의 헤드부에서 간극이 형성되도록 체결되어, 상기 나사못의 헤드부가 상기 잠금홀로 삽입될 때, 상기 축받이 링은 외경이 축소되었다가 잠금홀 내에서 탄성 복원되어 잠금홀 내에 로킹되는 골고정용 장치.
- 안착홈이 형성된 볼록한 구형의 헤드부, 상기 헤드부의 하부로 연장되는 나사부 및 상기 안착홈에 끼움결합되고 절개부가 형성된 잠금링을 구비한 나사못과,상기 헤드부가 안착되는 오목한 구형의 잠금홀 및 상기 잠금링이 체결된 나사못을 로킹하도록 상기 잠금홀의 내벽으로 돌출된 잠금 돌기를 구비한 골고정용 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 잠금링은 나사못의 헤드부에서 간극이 형성되도록 체결되어, 상기 나사못의 헤드부가 잠금홀로 삽입될 때, 상기 잠금링은 외경이 축소되어 잠금 돌기를 통과하고 상기 잠금 돌기의 하방으로 위치할 때는 탄성 복원되어 잠금홀 내에 로킹되는 골고정용 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 골고정용 플레이트는 긴 판상의 플레이트 간부와, 플레이트 간부로부터 연장되는 플레이트 간단부와, 플레이트 간부보다 너비가 큰 플레이트 머리부로 이루어지고,상기 플레이트 간단부는 상기 플레이트 간부로부터 시상면의 일측으로 휘어진 시상굴곡부와, 상기 플레이트 간부로부터 관상면의 일측으로 휘어진 제 1 관상굴곡부 와, 이로부터 관상면의 타측으로 휘어진 제 2 관상굴곡부를 포함하고,상기 플레이트 머리부는 가로면 상에서 골두부의 표면측으로 아치 형상으로 휘어진 수평굴곡부를 포함하는 골고정용 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트 간부와 플레이트 간단부에는 일정한 간격을 갖는 복수개의 잠금홀과 장방홀이 그 종축을 따라 교차 배열되고, 상기 플레이트 머리부에는 복수개의 잠금홀이 그 횡축을 따라 지그재그 배열되는 골고정용 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트 머리부는 상기 잠금홀 상측으로 반월상 연골을 봉합하기 위한 연골봉합홀을 구비하는 골고정용 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트 간부는 예각으로 테이퍼된 삽입부를 포함하는 골고정용 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 골고정용 플레이트는 가이드홀을 포함하는 골고정용 장치.
