- 폴리비닐 알코올로 안정화시킨 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 라텍스 시드 및 계면활성제를 함유하지 않는 폴리비닐 알코올 안정화제의 존재 하에서, 비닐 아세테이트 및 에틸렌을 포함하는 모노머 혼합물을 배치 프로세스(batch process)에서 중합하여, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물이 65 중량%보다 큰 고형물 농도를 가지며, 25℃에서 65 중량%의 고형물 상태에서 측정했을 때 5000 mPa.s 미만의 점도를 가지며,상기 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물이 2봉형(bimodal) 입도분포(particle size distribution)를 가지는에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물의 형성 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물이 상기 폴리머 고형물을 기준으 로 75 내지 99 중량%의 비닐 아세테이트 단위 및 1 내지 25 중량%의 에틸렌 단위를 포함하는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물의 형성 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐 알코올이 상기 폴리머 고형물의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 15% 존재하는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물의 형성 방법.

- 제3항에 있어서,상기 모노머 혼합물이 최소한 하나의 다른 에틸렌계 불포화 모노머를 15 중량% 이하로 더 포함하는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물의 형성 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐 알코올로 안정화시킨 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 라텍스 시드를 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물의 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 이하로 초기의 모노머 투입물(charge)에 첨가하는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물의 형성 방법.
- a) 폴리비닐 알코올로 안정화시킨 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 라텍스 시드 및 계면활성제를 함유하지 않는 폴리비닐 알코올 안정화제의 존재 하에서, 비닐 아세테이트 및 에틸렌을 포함하는 모노머 혼합물을 배치 프로세스(batch process)에서 중합하여, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물을 형성하는 단계; 및b) 상기 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물을 건조하여 재분산 가능한 폴리머 분말을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물이 65 중량%보다 큰 고형물 농도 및 5000 mPa.s 미만의 점도를 가지며,상기 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물이 2봉형(bimodal) 입도분포(particle size distribution)를 가지는재분산 가능한 폴리머 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제3항의 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물의 형성 방법에 따라 형성된 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물로서,상기 분산물이 접착제, 시멘트형 포뮬레이션(cementitious formulation), 석고(gypsum) 포뮬레이션, 시멘트를 함유하지 않은 모르타르(mortar) 또는 석고를 함유하지 않은 모르타르에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 폴리머 분산물.
