Abstract
Description
도 6 과 도 7을 참조로, 동일한 평면에 있는 회전축(14)에 대해 O-곡선(36)과 같은 평면곡선을 회전시킴으로써, 축상 대칭인 O-표면(34)이 얻어질 수 있다. 상기 O-표면(34)은 터빈(10)의 전체 형상과 치수를 규정한다. 본 발명의 디자인은 터빈(10)의 몇몇 형상과 치수를 제공한다. 예를 들어 작은 O-곡선 곡률은 배럴형 터빈(44)이 이루어지도록 하고, 회전축에 평행한 직선은 실린더형 터빈(46)을 가져오며, 회전축(14)과 교차하는 O-곡선은 타원 또는 구상 터빈(48)을 만든다.
Claims (9)
- 전환가능한(reversible) 유체흐름 하에서 단방향 회전할 수 있는, 지지부재에 장착하기 위한 반동터빈에 있어서,터빈을 위한 회전축을 형성하고 상기 지지부재와 맞물릴 수 있는 회전 부재;상기 회전부재와 직각(perpendicular)을 이루는 평면에서 함께 회전하기 위한 상기 회전부재에 직각으로 부착된 다수의 블레이드 지지부재;터빈의 회전축 둘레를 회전하도록 상기 블레이드 지지부재에 부착된 다수의 트위스트 터빈 블레이드를 포함하여 구성되고,다수의 상기 트위스트 블레이드는 전연과 후연으로 이루어진 날개꼴 형상 단면을 가지고, 상기 날개꼴 형상은 유체흐름의 횡단 유체흐름 성분에 평행한 평면에 위치하며;다수의 상기 트위스트 블레이드에 부착되며 각각 날개꼴 형상 단면을 가지는 다수의 레이디얼(radial) 터빈 블레이드로 이루어지되, 상기 레이디얼(radial) 블레이드의 횡단면(cross section)은 상기 회전축과 직각(perpendicular)을 이루고, 축방향에서 흐르는 상기 유체의 운동 에너지의 일부를 회전 부재에서 회전 에너지로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반동 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레이디얼(radial) 블레이드의 날개꼴 형상 단면은 그 장축에 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다수의 상기 레이디얼 블레이드는 전연과 후연을 갖되, 상기 전연은 상기 트위스트 블레이드의 전연과 같은 방향을 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 블레이드 지지부재는 날개꼴 형상 단면을 가지고, 상기 날개꼴 형상의 블레이드 지지부재가 상기 트위스트 블레이드를 회전 부재에 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 터빈의 회전축에 근접한 상기 트위스트 블레이드의 일부 단면의 두께가 증가될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈.

- 전환가능한 유체흐름 하에서 단방향 회전을 할 수 있는 지지부재에 장착하기 위한 반동 터빈에 있어서,상기 터빈의 회전축을 형성하고 상기 지지부재와 맞물릴 수 있는 회전부재;상기 회전부재와 직각인 평면에서 함께 회전하기 위한 상기 회전부재에 직각방향으로 부착된 다수의 블레이드 지지부재들;터빈의 회전축 둘레를 회전하기 위해 블레이드 지지부재에 부착된 다수의 트위스트 터빈 블레이드를 포함하여 구성되고,다수의 상기 트위스트 블레이드는 전연과 후연으로 이루어진 날개꼴 형상 단면을 가지고, 상기 날개꼴 형상은 유체흐름의 횡단 유체흐름 성분에 평행한 평면에 위치하며;트위스트 블레이드가 골로브 터빈 보다 더 큰 트위스트 각도를 갖고, 터빈은 레이디얼 블레이드가 없는 터빈보다 작은 직경에 대한 길이의 비를 가지며;트위스트 블레이드의 각 레이디얼 블레이드가 날개꼴 형상 단면을 가지고,다수의 레이디얼 터빈 블레이드가 트위스트 터빈 블레이드에 각각 부착되며,다수의 레이디얼 블레이드는 전연과 후연을 가지고, 레이디얼 블레이드의 전연은 트위스트 블레이드의 전연과 같은 방향을 향하고,레이디얼 블레이드는 축방향에서 흐르는 상기 유체의 운동 에너지의 일부를 회전부재에서 회전 에너지로 전환시키고,일부 블레이드 지지부재로써 레이디얼 블레이드를 사용하고, 상기 지지부재로써 레이디얼 블레이드는 트위스트 블레이드를 회전부재에 연결시키고, 또한 트위스트 블레이드를 지지함에 따라, 상기 유체흐름으로부터 온 에너지를 회전부재에서 회전 에너지로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반동 터빈.
