- 셔틀벡터 pCJ-1(KCCM 10611P) 또는 pHT01(PCS001)에 지오바실러스 스테아로써모필러스 DSM 22(accession number AAD45718)로부터 유래된 아라비노스 이성화효소를 코딩하는 유전자를 삽입하여 재조합 벡터를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환시킨 GRAS(Generally recognized as safe) 미생물로부터 아라비노스 이성화효소를 생산하는 단계;를 포함하는 식품안전형 호열성 아라비노스 이성화효소의 생산 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 GRAS 미생물은 코리네박테리움, 바실러스, 락토바실러스, 락토코커스 또는 이스트를 포함하는 식용 가능한 미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 GRAS 미생물이 바실러스 써틸리스 GSAIB-1 (KCCM 10788P)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 GRAS 미생물이 코리네박테리움 글루타미컴 GSAIC-1 (KCCM 10789P)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
