Claims (11)
- 다수의 수직지지대, 수평지지대 및 대각선 지지대들이 연결되고, 수직 지지대에는 이동바퀴가 연결되며, 상면 일측이 개방되고 개방된 상면에는 성형하고자 하는 구조물의 외피 형상을 갖는 다수의 하부 성형홈들이 형성된 하형틀;상기 하형틀의 상측으로 호이스트에 의해 위치가 가변되어 상기 하형틀과 결합하며 상기 하형틀과 마주보는 면에는 성형하고자 하는 구조물의 외피 형상을 갖는 다수의 상부 성형홈들이 형성된 상형틀;상기 상형틀과 하형틀 사이의 공간부에 상기 상형틀 내측면 및 하형틀 내측면과 소정간격 이격되어 위치하는 구조물 원재료; 그리고,상기 구조물 원재료를 제 1 이동 로프에 연결하여 상기 하형틀과 상형틀사이의 공간부로 이동시키는 제 1 후크와, 상기 구조물 원재료가 상기 하형틀상에 이동된 후 상기 상형틀을 제 2 이동 로프에 연결하여 상기 구조물 원재료상에서 상기 하형틀과 마주보도록 이동시키는 제 2 후크를 갖는 호이스트; 를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구조물 원재료는 가로등 또는 전신주로 사용되는 구조물인 것을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 구조물 원재료는 중공의 철골 구조물이고, 상기 철골 구조물에는 나뭇가지 구조물을 삽입하기 위한 돌출부가 더 구성되며, 상기 돌출부에는 상기 나뭇가지 구조물을 고정하기 위한 나사와, 나사홀이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하형틀과 상형틀은 각각 형틀의 내부를 구성하는 내부 형틀과 외부를 구성하는 외부 형틀의 이중 구조로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구조물 원재료의 일측에는 상기 구조물 원재료를 지상에 지지하기 위한 지지홀을 형성된 지지대가 구성되며, 상기 지지대에는 지지홀이외에 외부로부터 구조물 원재료와 하형틀 및 상형틀 사이의 공간부에 환경친화 조성물을 투입하기 위한 투입 홀이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 투입 홀은 상기 환경친화 조성물을 발포하는 발포기 및 발포 조절기에서 발포되는 환경친화 조성물이 발포되는 발포호스와 연결되어 상기 환경친화 조성물이 발포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 발포호스를 하면에 이동바퀴가 연결된 다수의 수직지지대가 형성되고, 상면 일측이 개방되고 개방된 상면에는 성형하고자 하는 구조물의 외피 형상을 갖는 하부 성형홈이 형성된 하형틀과, 상기 하형틀의 상측으로 상기 하형틀과 결합하며 상기 하형틀과 마주보는 면에는 성형하고자 하는 구조물의 외피 형상을 갖는 상부 성형홈들이 형성된 상형틀로 구성된 나뭇가지 생산장치에 연결하여 나뭇가지를 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상형틀과 하형틀에는 상기 상형틀과 하형틀을 체결하기 위한 한쌍의 클램프가 각각 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산장치.
- 내측면에 구조물 외피 형상을 갖는 상형틀과, 내측면에 구조물 외피 형상을 갖는 한편 하면에 지지대가 구비된 하형틀을 준비하는 단계;호이스트를 이용하여 하형틀상에 구조물 원재료를 이동하는 단계;상기 호이스트를 이용하여 구조물 원재료상에서 상기 하형틀과 마주보도록 상형틀을 이동시키는 단계;상기 하형틀과 상형틀을 체결하는 단계;상기 체결된 하형틀과 상형틀 사이의 공간부에 환경친화 우레탄을 발포하고 경화시키는 단계;상기 경화가 완료되면, 체결된 상형틀을 하형틀로부터 분리하는 단계; 그리고,상기 경화된 환경친화 우레탄이 부착된 구조물을 하형틀로부터 분리하여 환경친화 구조물을 완성하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산 방법.
- 내측면에 구조물 외피 형상을 갖는 상형틀과, 내측면에 구조물 외피 형상을 갖는 한편 하면에 지지대가 구비된 하형틀을 준비하는 단계;하형틀의 주입구상에 결합홀이 형성된 중공의 파이프를 형성하는 단계;상기 호이스트를 이용하여 구조물 원재료상에서 상기 하형틀과 마주보도록 상형틀을 이동시키는 단계;상기 하형틀과 상형틀을 체결하는 단계;상기 체결된 하형틀과 상형틀 사이에 환경친화 우레탄을 발포하고 경화시키는 단계;상기 경화가 완료되면, 체결된 상형틀을 하형틀로부터 분리하는 단계; 그리고,상기 경화된 환경친화 우레탄이 부착된 구조물을 하형틀로부터 분리하여 환경친화 구조물을 완성하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 파이프에는 배선연결을 위한 배선홀이 더 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 환경친화 구조물 생산 방법.
