Claims (1)
- 세그먼트 상부프레임을 동작시켜 주조중 롤갭을 조정할 수 있는 연속주조기에서 주편의 품질을 평가하는 방법에 있어서,롤갭제어장치를 통해 대상 강종, 주편 사이즈 및 리덕션량으로부터 초기 롤갭을 설정하는 단계와;위치측정장치를 통해 세그먼트 상부프레임에 부착된 세그먼트 롤과 하부프레임에 부착된 세그먼트 롤간의 거리를 측정하는 롤갭 위치측정 단계와;상기 롤갭 위치측정 단계와 동시에 압력측정장치를 통해 세그먼트 롤에 작용하는 반력을 측정하는 압력 측정 단계와;상기 단계후 롤갭 설정치와 실제 롤갭 위치정보의 차이를 도출하는 단계와;상기 단계후 좌우 세그먼트 압하실린더의 위치를 이용하여 동기화 정도를 판별하는 단계와;상기 좌우 세그먼트 압하실린더의 압력 차이로부터 주편의 편심정도를 측정하는 단계와;상기 정보들을 수신받아 주편품질평가시스템에서는 해당 강종의 주편 사이즈, 리덕션량에 대응되는 표준화된 롤갭, 동기화, 주편의 편심정도와 비교하여 주편의 품질을 평가하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주편의 품질 평가 방법.
