- 하폐수 처리장에서 유입된 하수에 포함된 부유성 이물질을 제거하여 생물반응조로 하수를 유출하는 일차침전지에 있어서,다수의 챔버로 구성되는 침전조와;상기 침전조의 전단에 구성되며 다수의 챔버에 하수를 균등하게 분배하는 제 1분배조와;상기 침전조의 후단에 구성되며 상기 침전조로부터 유출되는 하수를 혼합하여 상기 생물반응조로 분배하는 제 2분배조와;상기 침전조와 상기 제 2분배조 사이에 하수가 유동하는 자연유동라인과 강제유동라인으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하되,상기 챔버에는 하나 이상의 제 1도류벽이 구성되며,상기 제2분배조는 상기 자연유동라인 및 상기 강제유동라인의 일단과 연통하며 하수가 저장되는 혼합실과 상기 혼합실로부터 하수가 유동하여 분배되는 복수의 분배실과 상기 혼합실과 상기 분배실을 구획하는 제 2도류벽으로 구성되고,상기 제 1, 2도류벽은 2중벽 구조로서 전면벽에는 상부에 복수의 관통공이 형성되고, 후면벽에는 하부에 복수의 관통공이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유량조절이 가능한 일차침전지.
