Claims (5)
- 측정시료(32)의 농도와 특정 성분의 농도를 동시에 측정하기 위한 장치에 있어서,광원(20)과;상기 광원(20)에서 나온 빛(7)을 측정 범위에 따른 일정 각도 및 편광 상태로 변환시키는 광학장치(21)와;상기 광학장치(21)를 통과한 입사광을 전반사 반응시키는 전반사 유도 매질(40)과;상기 전반사 유도 매질(40) 밑면에 일정한 패턴을 갖고 도포되어 측정 물질에 특이 반응하는 물질(42)이 더 고착되어 상기 측정시료와 접촉하여 SPR 현상을 발생시키는 얇은 금속 박막(41)과;상기 전반사 유도 매질(40)의 밑면에는 금속 박막이 없는 비금속부(43)가 금속 박막(41)의 패턴 사이사이에 존재하고, 상기 비금속부(43)와 금속 박막(41)에서각기 전반사 및 SPR 현상에 따라 반사광(8)의 광량 변화를 광학 장치(51)를 통과시켜 검출 하는 검출 장치(50)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 임계각 및 표면 플라스몬 공명각의 동시 측정 장치.

- 측정시료(32)의 농도와 특정 성분의 농도를 동시에 측정하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 측정시료(32)를 시료 측정관(30)에 흘려보내는 단계와;상기 시료 측정관(30)에 측정 시료(32)와 밑면이 접촉하도록 전반사 유도 매질(40)을 설치하고, 상기 전반사 유도 매질(40)의 밑면에 금속박막이 없는 비금속부(43)와 얇은 금속 박막(41)을 일정 형태로 패턴화시키되 상기 금속 박막(41)에는 측정시료에 포함된 특이 측정물질에 특이 반응하는 물질(42)이 더 고착 되는 단계와;광원(20)의 빛을 광학장치(21)를 통하여 일정한 각도와 편광 상태로 상기 전반사 유도 매질(40)로 입사시키는 단계와;상기 전반사 유도 매질(40)로부터 반사되는 반사광을 광학장치(51)를 통과시킨 후 검출장치(50)를 통해 광량변화를 검출하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임계각 및 표면 플라스몬 공명각의 동시 측정 방법.
