Claims (5)
- 금속분말 또는 세라믹 분말 75~95wt%와 바인더5~25wt%를 혼합하여 금속분말 혼합체(mixture)를 형성하는 단계;상기 유동성의 금속 및 세라믹분말 혼합체를 사용하여 암나사를 성형 할 수 있도록 금형내에 고압으로 사출하여 사출성형된 성형물을 형성하는 단계;사출성형된 성형물을 탈지로(debinding kiln)를 이용하여 상온~1,000℃에서 바인더를 제거하는 단계;탈지된 탈지체(brown part)를 금속 및 세라믹 분말의 소결온도(1,200~1,800℃)까지 승온시켜 소성(sintering)함으로써 나사가 형성된 완제품을 얻는 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분말사출성형을 이용한 암나사성형 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금형은 내측에 성형물이 형성되는 성형홈(11)이 일측에 노즐(12)과 연결되게 형성된 이동형판(10);상기 이동형판(10)과 밀착되며 내부 수납공간(24)에 일부 노출된 회전체(22)를 회전시키는 회전수단(30)이 형성되고, 상기 회전수단(30)을 구동시키는 랙크(31)가 상/하부에 관통된 상태로 상부에 형성된 실린더(40)의 피스톤(41)과 조립되어 형성된 고정형판(20)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 분말사출성형을 이용한 나사성형 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 회전수단(30)은 상기 고정형판(20)의 내부에 형성되며 상기 랙크(31)와 치합되는 제1기어(32)와, 상기 제1기어(32)와 동일축상에 형성된 제2기어(33) 및 상기 제2기어(33)와 치합되며 상기 회전체(22)의 중앙부분에 형성된 제3기어(22a)를 포함하며,여기서, 상기 랙크(31)가 상/하이동함으로써 동일축상에 형성된 제1기어(32) 및 제2기어(33)가 회전하고 이로써, 제2기어(33)와 치합된 제3기어(22a)를 회전시킴으로써 회전체(22)가 회전하게됨을 특징으로 하는 분말사출성형을 이용한 암나사성형 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제3기어(22a)의 두께는 제2기어(33)의 1/2로 형성하여 치합된 상태에서 회전체(22)가 이동할 수 있도록 형성함을 특징으로 하는 분말사출성형을 이용한 암나사성형 방법.
