Claims (5)
- 영상을 표시하는 표시영역과 상기 표시영역의 주변에 형성된 실라인 영역으로 이루어진 제1 기판의 상기 표시영역 내에 형성된 제1 유기 절연막, 상기 제1 기판의 상기 실라인 영역 내에 형성되어 상기 제1 기판을 부분적으로 노출시키는 제2 유기 절연막, 및 상기 제1 유기 절연막 상에 형성된 제1 전극을 갖는 하부기판;제2 기판 상에 형성된 제2 전극을 갖는 상부기판;상기 실라인 영역에서 상기 제2 유기 절연막을 포함하여 상기 제1 기판 상에 형성되어, 상기 하부기판과 상기 상부기판을 결합시키는 실런트; 및상기 하부기판과 상기 상부기판과의 사이에서 상기 표시영역에 형성된 액정층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 유기 절연막은 제1 유기 절연막과 동일한 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 유기 절연막과 상기 제1 기판의 접촉영역은 도트 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 유기 절연막에는 상기 제1 기판을 부분적으로 노출하기 위한 다수의 개구부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 영상을 표시하는 표시영역과 상기 표시영역의 주변에 형성된 실라인 영역으로 이루어진 제1 기판의 상기 표시영역 내에 형성된 제1 유기 절연막, 상기 제1 기판의 상기 실라인 영역 내에 형성되어 상기 제1 기판을 부분적으로 노출시키는 제2 유기 절연막, 및 상기 제1 유기 절연막 상에 형성된 제1 전극을 갖는 하부기판을 제조하는 단계;제2 기판 상에 형성된 제2 전극을 갖는 상부기판을 제조하는 단계;상기 실라인 영역에서 상기 제1 기판 및 상기 제2 유기 절연막 상에 형성된 실런트를 통해 상기 하부기판과 상기 상부기판을 결합시키는 단계; 및상기 하부기판과 상기 상부기판과의 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
